Sea-shore Engineering and Contracting,Al-Khor, Qatar

• Responsible for the design and construction drawings for a range of commercial, industrial, and office projects. (Roughly ten projects)

• In charge of verifying and distributing several contract drawings for execution and estimating

• Project currently working on: Design of the extension in existing offices at Onaiza road for KATARA project.

• My role is to update the design to accommodate additional personnel and foster a more productive work environment while also revising the contract drawing (design and drafting) in accordance with current requirements.

URBAN DESIGNER | ARCHITECT | Dec 2019 to May 2021 | Form Plus Architects, Kerala, India

• Design of a variety of projects including commercial, educational, and institutional projects

• Prepared shop drawings for the contractors in AutoCAD

• Coordinated with contractors and in-charge of site supervision of two hospitals and one educational institution.

• Worked as part of the main design team of IIT, Palakkad (Indian Institute of Technology)- Did master planning of the 500acre educational campus, including the design of academic, residential and sports zones

• Co-ordinated and presented the project to a national jury.

• Shortlisted as one of the top three entries in the National competition for design of Indian Institute of Technology, Kerala (500 acre educational institute design)

• Won BEST THESIS 2017 award for B.Arch thesis.

• Won LIMCA RECORDS for making the tallest newspaper model of Burj Khalifa. (group of 15 students)

Some of the major projects worked on are:

1. Master planning for the FIFA Fan Village and Unit Design

• Site:Al Khor Camp, Qatar

• collaborated with other urban planners to create a masterplan layout

• Design modular cabin units and their variations.

• made presentation graphics for the same and oversaw the site.

2. Extension of a complex of office buildings (current project)

• Site: Onaiza Road, Katara, Qatar

• redesigned the existing office and added an extension to accommodate additional staff.

• designed and carried out contract drawings

3. Luxury apartment design

• Site: Bearys Tower, near Health Care City, Dubai, U.A.E.

• design of a 25-story apartment; involved in the architectural design stage.

4. Urban design model of a 15-minute city

• Site: Kanjikode, Palakkad, Kerala, India (2 km radius)

• cooperating with government organizations to modify the blueprint.

• created an urban design model balancing economic, environmental, and social goals of sustainability manoeuvring rapid urban development.

• addressed challenges such as waste management, transportation, urban sprawl, fresh air supply, clean water supply, and access to green areas.

5. National-level educational campus.

• Site: Indian Institute of Technology, Palakkad, Kerala, India (530 acres).

• Performed a site analysis that examined the area's ecology, transportation, culture, and history. There have also been case studies of other significant institutions to understand the user paradigm.

6. National war memorial and museum (competition project)

• Site: New Delhi, India. (~60acres)

• To determine the structure's form and function, user study analysis and public reaction research were conducted.

• completed the master planning of the structures and created architectural drawings of both.

7. Extension of the super-specialty hospital and its educational campus

• Site: IKRAA Hospital, Calicut, Kerala, India (5 acres)

• The expansion of the hospital (3 departments), the educational campus, and lodging amenities were designed.

• responsible for both site coordination and monitoring.

8. Educational institute along with a public mosque

• Site: Islahiya, Chennamangaloor, Kerala, India (4 acres)

• The design of a multi-disciplinary educational campus as well as the facilities for recreation and housing were looked at, and LEED rating criteria were considered

• The design and site supervision of a mosque accommodating more than 1,000 people at a time.

• Site: SRK Skywings residential campus, Kakkand, Kerala, India (7 acres)

• The design of luxury apartments with a range of unit sizes from 1500 sq ft to 2500 sq ft

• was also involved in the interior design stage, which included five apartment blocks as well as a shopping complex and recreational zone

• Site: Imperial Hotel, Calicut, Kerala, India

• Did the architectural and interior design of multiple units in the hotel
