The brief was to design a Residence with an architect's office. The site is a seaside plot with beautiful views. The brief involves a range of user groups from children of 10 years old to grand parents and the people, using the office. The project is aimed at providing spaces that create balance, harmony, and priva cy for all user groups.

The main challenge was to maximise the site advantage of view, but do not affect the privacy of theCONCEPThousehold.
The concept behind the structure was to enhance the views-DARSHANA. This was achieved through a few design strategieslevel difference and increasing the viewing angles

In order to maximize the viewing angles, the walls at 90 degrees have been replaced with walls at angles. The placement and zoning of the structure are based on the surrounding site conditions. The office is zoned near the public road and the residence is more to the center of the site. Level difference is used both in the house design as well as the site for enhancing

The objective is to design a space for artisans to sell their works and a public space for leisure and other cultural programs.

The urban haat is zoned such that the stalls get maximum visibility from anywhere. An effective and easy-to-access spacial zoning is proposed. The spaces which receive the most traffic are placed about the stalls, this helps in achieving the main goal, to increase the customer shopping /window shopping time. Landscaped spaces bring architecture to life, as provided here. Landscaping is an essential design element in this project MASTERPLAN

The main thought was to add a touch of luxury to the compact unit and visualize a stacking possibility.

The stacking of pods needed to be much more than spread simply on the ground, which takes up large areas to accommodate few. The result was a rhythmic flow of pods, each being placed away from the front face. The plunge pool helps create an interlocking pattern throughout the stacking.v
