DESTINATION INFORMATION

Day: 1: Pick up from NJP Station/Ixb Airport transfer to Gangtok On this day at arrival at Ixb/Njp our representative will meet & greet assist you to board the vehicle You will be transferred to Gangtok from here 4 & ½ hrs journeys through the valley of hills and river reach by evening check in at hotel evening free for leisure suggested to visit M.G. Marg The Mall Road & to nearby shopping Complex overnight at Gangtok. (Enroute one can enjoy white water rafting at Melli at their own cost on direct payment basis)

Day: 2: Gangtok Local Full day Sightseeing This This day explore the places in and around the town covering Flower Show Complex, Handicraft Museum, Chorten Stupa, Institute of Tibetology, Ropeway Ride, Gunzang Monastery, Tashi Viewpoint, Ganesh Tok & Banjhakri Waterfall. After sightseeing enjoy the evening at MG Marg.

Note: Some points may be closed due to weekly or weekend off as per Govt. of Sikkim Tourism Rules. All Points are open till 9 am to 4 pm only. Gangtok Ropeway sometimes may be close due to under maintainers.

Day: 3: Excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir In the morning start at 8: 00 am (after permit issued by Tourism Dep’t.) Tsomgo Lake & also visit New Baba Mandir (One Can also enjoy ropeway ride at own cost) Return back to Gangtok and evening leisure suggested to visit M.G. Marg The Mall Road. (Nathulla Pass remains closed on Monday and Tuesday and is not included in the package) (Nathulla Pass Cannot be committed till the last hour due to complication on permit issues. Even though we will try our level best to fulfill the guest’s requirement.)

Day: 4: Gangtok to Darjeeling As per scheduled time, check-out off the hotel and start the journey towards Darjeeling. Rest of day is free for leisure. You can also visit Temi Tea Garden, Samdruptse and Sidheshwar Dham (Char Dham) on via Namchi route at an extra cost.

Day: 5: Darjeeling Full day sightseeing Early morning at 04:00 am sharp, start for Tiger Hill to witness the majestic view of rising sun and changing colours of Kanchenjunga range. Also visit Ghoom Monastery & Batasia Loop. Back to hotel for fresh up. After breakfast visit Zoological Park (Thursday close), Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Tea Garden, Tibetan Refugee Centre (Sunday closed), Tenzing Rock, Japanese Temple. Enjoy the evening charm of Chowrasta around the mall road. (Note: Some points may be closed due to weekly off or weekends off as per Tourism rules. (Rock garden is not included in the package.) All Points are open till 9 am to 4 pm only)

Day: 6: Darjeeling To IXB/NJP Drop After breakfast drop off to IXB/ NJP according to Train/ Flight Schedule.

The mentioned rates are only applicable for Indian Nationals.

In case of Land slide or any reason Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir / North Sikkim (Lachen & Lachung) is closed we will provide alternate sightseeing and there will be no refunds. But if the permit is given then the vehicle will go till snowline and there will be no refunds in this case.

After issue of permit for restricted areas i.e Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir / North Sikkim (Lachen & Lachung) if the guest is unable to cover all the places due to weather conditions or road conditions we will not provide any extra sightseeing in replace to that.

The rates are valid only for the guest who are staying within the 1 KM radius of the main town ∙ The rates provided can be changed without any prior notice during blackout dates.

Since Foreign Nationals require special permit to enter Sikkim and which has to be taken by them at the border (Rangpo/Melli). With the issue of this permit only clients can enter Sikkim and can visit various part of Sikkim.

NRI, OCI, PIO Card holder & Foreign National are not allowed to visit Baba Mandir and Nathulla Pass (Indo-China Border).They is allowed to visit till Tsomgo Lake with a valid permit. They also have to be 02 People & above in number to visit Tsomgo Lake. For getting the valid permit the guest will have to carry with them their valid passport & visa / OCI / PIO Card. They will also be required to bring along with them 08 copies passport size photograph for processing their permits into Sikkim, Tshangu Lake, and Lachen & Lachung.

There will be an additional cost for processing the permit & making the tour applicable and also required 01 Tourism Authorized Tour Guide with extra charge of Rs-2500/- Per day.

Any confirmed package/booking cancellation will attract Rs. 2000/- as administrative charges.

Any Confirmed package/Booking cancelled within 30-15 days before arrival date will attract 25% of the total package amount as retention charges.

Any confirmed package/booking cancelled within 15-7 days before arrival date will attract 50% of the total package amount as retention charges.

Any confirmed package/booking cancelled within 7-0 days before arrival date will attract 100% of the total package amount as retention charges.

Waiting Period Policy ●

If a customer fails to report on the pre confirmed time, due to any flight or train delay, there will be a waiting charge applicable as given below: Up to 2 hours of the proposed time: Nil After 2 hours of the proposed time, Rs. 500/- per hour will be charged, this needs to be paid directly to the driver partner.
