It was a sunny day and it was also a special day because it was St. Patrick’s Day. That day all the bunnies in the village of Ireland would go to the most beautiful grass in the village and would have a parade. There was also a little bunny named Chris, who was very excited to go to the parade that he ran and ran to the place, but he went the wrong way and went to the flower patch instead. Chris looked and looked to see if there was anyone else but instead he saw a little green hat on one of the flowers. He went up to get it but something jumped up and got the hat. “Hey,” he said. Then he saw a face, it was tiny but you could see the green eyes and also a little green suit on him. “I am Atom the Leprechaun.”
Monitor Lizards Atom written by School and Local Events Mrs. Lori Sinanyan MK News-Press editor Anahit
“I am Chris the bunny,” he replied. Chris and Atom soon became friends and had fun all day. At night Chris went home. Chris missed the parade and his family said the parade was a lot of fun. This little bunny thought he was the LUCKY one. He knew he was the only bunny that had found the Leprechaun on St. Patrick’s Day!

What to Do at a Book Fair written by Eric There is lot of things you can do at a book fair. You can buy lots of books. A book fair is a place where you can buy books. When you go to a book fair you take money to buy a book. If you don't take money, read a book until your class is finished if your teacher lets you. When you finish reading it, put it in the right spot. If you bring money pick a book. If you like it buy it. If you don't like it, put it back in the right spot. When you find a book that you want, stand in line to buy your book. When you buy the book, listen to your teacher or parent. Then, do what they told you to do. Next, if you teacher or parent said lets go, go with them. When you go home read your book. If you read one of those books or book it will bring your reading skills up. Look at the reading level of the book. Try and get one with a higher level. When your reading skills go higher, that means you can get smarter. Books are very good for you. Some are fun and good for you like, Dairy of a Wimpy Kid. It is a book that parents think it is not good for your reading skills but it is. Read every day at least 20-30 minutes. When you read make sure that you understand the book. Reading is fun! I hope you enjoy the books or book that you got from the book fair. Have a great time reading your books.
