I am a customer experience designer, the very fact that customer experience strategies with the help of design thinking are changing the market really excites me. Apart from my work in customer experience I have studied Strategic Design Management which makes me very flexible in working with designers, managers and other stakeholders in any project. I consider customer centric thinking as my greatest strength, apart from that my diploma in graphic design helps in communicating my ideas easily and also makes me aware of what capabilities design thinking has and what it can deliver.
