Vail Valley Real Estate Broker by Trade, Kid's ski instructor by Heart! A.K. was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama (Mountain Brook). A graduate of the University of Alabama, she has over 20 years of diverse sales and business experience including residential Real Estate, pharmaceutical sales, biotechnology business development, marketing, corporate communications and investor relations. A.K. moved to Colorado and the Vail Valley in 2003. After experiencing many different job opportunities– from bartending to spa sales, interior design to wedding & event planning, to creating and running her own mini kids camp- AK realized that her passions are sales & teaching – Real Estate and Kids ski school. A.K. is thankful that she gets to “do what she loves & loves what she does” every day. Oh... since everyone always asks, A.K. stands for Alice Katherine, but she has been called A.K. since she was born.
