Conducted several site surveys with engineers and developers for upcoming projects and construction inspection with Principal Architect for on-going projects at Penang, Perak and Selangor. Prepared a presentation of observed defects and suggested rectifications for an existing school in Ipoh. Drafted an exhaustive report on development of Eco-tourism and allied activities on Penang Hill, carrying capacity calculations, integrating local hill-residents and analyse impacts of a cable-car system. Construction Catalysers Private Limited, Pune, India (2012) – Worked on diverse projects involving product and market research on foamed concrete, HVAC duct manufacturing machines, CNC profile cutting machines and LED strip lights. Studied various HVAC systems, Phase Change Materials (PCM) as substitutes for mechanical ventilation, heat load calculations and designed a calculator for air conditioning units. Developed the layout of the firm's new in-house R&D facility.
