The site is located at the popular city and capital of TAMIL NADU. The airport is 4 kms away from the site and since it is a popular city it has all kind of facilities and a right place for a mixed use development building. And it is a dense area of PORUR. South part of Chennai.

CONCEPT : The concept of the project is GREEN BUILDING . In order to that the building is filled with efficient methods. Solar panels are used on the roof and the building is covered with the greens. In this method on top of RCC vapour control and thermal insulation is placed and then the roofing membrane support and continue the drainage layer and then the filter membrane then the soil.

The TRANSPORT HUB is a place where passengers are exchanged between the vechicles or between transport modes.The project includes a mass rapid transit system , MTC bus stand , office and a commercial zone .The aim of the project is to under stand the scale and population and the circulation difficulties between tha mode of transportation and people. The site is located in Chennai ( Velachery ) .

CONCEPT : Most of the land is coverd by the residential users and the road side areas are used as the commercial space . The information tecnology and industrial corridors are also present here and a vast marshland is present at the down south part of the site . As the site is near the marsh land it plays a major role in the construction and the amenities to be provided here . URBANISATION is due to the rapid development of human activity . According to the world bank statistics in 2015 ( 37 .7 % ) resides in urban area Increased demand of land use .Most offen these lands are seasonal lands ( wetlands ) 15
