There are few people who just want to be successful and then there are few, very few people in the world who are really successful in their journey called life. Many will agree with me and the fact that success is not easy. Many people around the world work hard day in and out but still don’t achieve success. Why? Why is it so? I never found a satisfying answer for this question but I feel that it’s something to do with the Time as the proverb goes
“Right time, Right people and Right
decision brings victory” sounds true to me.
Whenever I look at P Mohamed Ali I see success, his name spell success for me. I am an Indian expat in Oman and many people from Oman and other Middle East region like UAE etc. are well aware of him as the leading businessmen in Oman and the richest Indian in Gulf etc. but, many I am sure aren’t aware of his hard work. Basically, P Mohamed Ali is from India too, he arrived in Oman back in the year 1972 and formed a small construction company called Galfar with just 5 people working under him. His sheer hard work from last 3 decades made Galfar, the best construction company in Oman with maximum high-end projects delivered with success and also Galfar is the largest private employer in Oman. The success of Galfar can be rated through the immense projects it undertook and its employee number which goes beyond 27,000 people. From 5 people to 27,000 plus, is it some sort of magic with P Mohamed Ali?

He has not only conquered Oman but also has good ratio of projects in another part of the world like his hometown Kerala and other regions in India, Qatar, Abu Dhabi etc. P Mohamed Ali has also diverted his business stream into hospitality and construction in India with Mfar.
