A renovation project of an existing office space in Indira Nagar that intents to adhere the current and future employees in an interactive space. The intention of the design is to provide a fluid working environment with multiple pockets of workspaces giving indirect sense of openness as well as privacy. Additionally, there are several zones where the conference table is open or partially open which can act as both as a conference area or working space. A commercial project with three levels, each serving a distinct purpose, is situated on one of Bangalore’s busiest roads. The store has employed a same branding template across all of its locations. The goal was to use the conventional block templates to solve the spatial challenge, provide seamless functionality both horizontally and vertically, and address any spatial limits. This competition entry proposal takes cues from local architecture style, construction knowledge and way of life to conceptualize a design that adheres to the present time and needs whilst being synonymous with tradition and context of the place. Several studies on geography were carried out and concluded that the concept of context synonymous architecture that further elevates the project.
