ISLAMIC CULTURAL CENTRE (Third year studio work)
Located in the outskirts of the city of Roorkee, Uttarakhand, this cultural centre is designed on a site which has a majority of muslim population in the vicinity of the site. The main objective of this project to express the elements of the local heritage through the arts. This entire campus is specially made taking in thought the accessibility of the differentlyabled persons.

Knowing that many people visiting the vicinity were differently abled, the design had to be friendly for these people too.

One of the major challenges in this project was to make the design such that it is acceptable to the local masses as well as be highly functional and well equipped. In order to achieve this, traditional Islamic elements are exposed on the facades of certain buildings. The landscape also makes its share of contribution by providing the classical axis in the centre. All the buildings are universally accessible thus allowing the differently abled people to commute seamlessly.

COFFEE LOUNGE CAFÉ (BOOK CAFE)
(Third year studio work)
Located in the metropolitan city of Mumbai, the book cafĂŠ is a modern day interpretation of the conventional coffee houses. Relaxed ambience and coffee is what you exactly need to drag away the stress in the fast paced life and this is exactly what this design provides.

D 3D RENDERING AND WALKTHROUGH OF THE STUPA AT SANCHI
The Great Stupa at Sanchi is the oldest stone structure in India and was originally commissioned by the emperor Ashoka in the 3rd century BCE and is located at Sanchi town in the state of Madhya Pradesh. Enlisted as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1989, it is counted among the best conserved ancient Stupas of central India. We made a 3d model of some parts of the site and produced a walkthrough of the same. Working on this project was a thing of honour for me as this is a part of heritage of my country.
