And this is how I translated this concept into an organic installation using parametric calculations where each piece is affected differently by the external and internal forces creating 40 unique panels each one of them is different but when placed together you see a complete picture of the artwork ATHAR was exhibited in Al Seef Dubai & it was part of sikka art festival & art by the creek in Dubai. Athar translates to “impact” in English. The installation tells the story of the human individuality; if you picture the art piece as the human’s character, personality, the way we are shaped into who we are today is mainly because of the our backgrounds, past and experiences that we went through where everything leaves a mark or has an impact.

Chiroptera 2.0 is inspired from the study of the bat's wing movement & flying/ resting positions, which are reflected in the 3D volume of the element. starting from one cell "bat's wing" created inside a cube then duplicated to create a unit then mirrored & perforated to create the structure of the lighting element.
Chiroptera Lamp 2.0 is a 3D printed sculptural luminaire designed using additive manufacturing with biomimicry concept in mind. it is an upgraded version of the award winning design Chiroptera 1.0 with different perforation patterns & material of biodegradable plastic used to 3D print it.
Biomimetic architecture is a multi-disciplinary scientific approach to sustainable design that goes beyond using nature as Explorepiration for aesthetics but rather deeply studying and applying construction principles that are found in natural environments and species.
Chiroptera 2.0 was exhibited at Dubai Design Week 2021 as part of UAE designer exhibition. Chiropetra 2.0 was exhibited at DIFC Art Nights under the theme 'Regeneration' where i along with other emerging & established artists promoted
