Alabama Panhellenic Association

The Panhellenic Council at The University of Alabama is the coordinating body of the 18 National Panhellenic Conference sororities and one affiliate member sorority on campus. The council is composed of 12 executive board members, and delegates from each sorority. Panhellenic executive council members are current sorority members who have disaffiliated from their chapters during recruitment in order to provide unbiased planning and support for all involved in the process. Panhellenic strengthens the Greek community and is responsible for promoting scholarship, philanthropy, and safety for each sorority as well as the Greek community as a whole. Panhellenic provides activities and programs throughout the year to address current issues affecting college women.
