Package No. 3 — Final Planning and Day of Coordination
About Molly M
Packages
olly grew up locally and knows the area like the back of her hand. She’s
been in the event industry for over thirteen years, but her passion for hosting events began early on when she was in charge of setting the table for her mother’s beloved gatherings. Molly would go enthusiastically to the family’s antique corner cupboard, the same cupboard that now lives in her own home, to gather her material Molly offers three robust packages: full planning, partial planning, and final planning/day-of coordination. These packages are tailored to weddings, but do keep in mind that Molly is available for every kind of event. Please email to set up a complimentary consultation. Molly brings her unique personality and skills to the wedding and event industry. Over the last thirteen years, she has planned every kind of event, including 400-person parties for renowned law firms, holiday celebrations at the country club, large fundraisers, bar and bat mitzvahs, showers and of course, weddings. No matter the kind of event, Molly prioritizes her clients’ styles and wishes over her own—gently guiding them through the process so that they are ultimately able to articulate their own visions and attend a party that feels born from their dreams. Whether it is the biggest day of someone’s life or a celebration of one of life’s many milestones, clients can count on Molly to go above and beyond to make their vision come to life. And according to past clients, she takes every step of the process with grace, diligence, and professionalism, while always prioritizing the process of getting to know each client on a personal level. It’s of the utmost importance to Molly that on the day of the event, she’s the only one concerned about a thing. Everyone else at the event has just one role to fulfill: enjoy the moment.
Plus One Hiring Molly also means having access to her husband Josh Radigan—a Sommelier and experienced Beverage Director. Josh fell in love with wine while working at The Jefferson Hotel in Richmond, VA during the early 90s. Alongside Molly, Josh also enjoys getting to know each client and picking out special bottles that perfectly match the theme of the event, the food and the client’s personality. His philosophy is that wine should never be an afterthought. The right glass at the right time is something guests will remember for years to come.
TESTIMONIALS
Katie & Joe There are truly not enough good things to say about Molly, not only as a wedding planner, but as a person. She helped us put together our wedding in December of 2020 in the midst of the COVID pandemic. In addition to the challenges of COVID, we only had about 6 months to plan our wedding and we were working within a limited budget. From day one, Molly listened to our wishes and dreams for our big day and made sure to prioritize these throughout the entire process. She found us vendors that were reasonably priced and provided the best quality for our event. Perhaps most importantly, Molly made an extremely stressful planning process fun. She made us laugh when we wanted to cry and provided hope and reassurance when things were rapidly changing with COVID. She was such a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to have the wedding of their dreams! Katie and Joe Open Door Farm, Great Falls, Virginia 2020
Katherine & Jack Molly was recommended to me through a friend. I had no idea what to expect and was totally overwhelmed at the task of planning my daughter’s wedding. My daughter and I live in different states and the wedding was going to be in a third! Let’s throw in a global pandemic and you have a very complicated scenario. Molly was absolutely wonderful and at times actually amazing! I cannot say enough about her professionalism and knowledge. She knows the industry, the vendors and the venues. She has worked with lots of different brides and respects your preferences but also makes sure you have all the options. There were so many little ways she would help - that for me were huge - and the problems would be taken care of. She is so easy to talk to and a great listener. And maybe the most important – she was fun! My daughter and I both loved working with her and we had a lot of laughs along the way. Molly was definitely a highlight of the planning process.
