Description of Application Request The applicant is requesting the approval of entitlements to redevelop approximately 918 acres of existing land and approximately 166 acres of submerged land defined in Attachment B , Legal Description. Letter Agreement on Expedited Processing
Dear Ms. Gallant:
1(c) of the Alameda Point Exclusive Negotiation Agreement by and among the City of Alameda , the Community Improvement Commission of the City of Alameda (" CIC") the Alameda Reuse and Redevelopment Authority (" ARRA" ), and SCC Alameda Point LLC (" Developer ) dated July 18 , 2007 , this letter serves as an Agreement Pursuant to Section 3.
as may be superseded by the ENA , or the DDA upon approval thereof, between the Developer and Alameda to provide for expedited processing by the City of all land use entitlement applications including all environmental review required under CEQA and funding thereof by Developer.
Developer agrees to submit all required supplemental infonnation sufficient for the Optional Entitlement Application to be promptly determined to be complete by Alameda as required bv the ENA. The City agrees to expedite its review and processing of all land use entitlement applications submitted by the Developer, including all environmental review required under CEQA , in accordance with the ENA , the DDA (if and when approved by the CIC), and
applicable law. Developer agrees to fund the City s expedited review and processing of all land use entitlement applications in accordance with the ENA , the DDA (if and when approved by the CIC), and
applicable law.
