Description :

Akpakpa Dodomey is an informal settlement in Cotonou. This neighborhood is in desperate need of having a clinic, and there is a site ready for a clinic to be realized. Our design strives to create a sustainable building and uses locals materials such as clay, rebar, and corrugated roof. This medical clinic is not only designed to function efficiently, but it also is gathering-friendly to the local community.

03 GREEN CORRIDOR Semester

:

Spring 2017 (Study Abroad)

Location

:

Girona, Spain

Professor

:

Maneul Delgado

Team Members :

30

Berta Costa, Barbara Darder, Furkan Mor

Description :

Green Corridor is a master plan that reimagines the future of the transportation system and infrastructure in Girona region, Spain. We propose to add a new tram system to connect towns that do not have train services with towns that have train stations. In addition, we turn a redundant road into a green corridor to discourage the use of cars and encourage the use of public transportation and biking. It is also a place for recreational activities.

40

Semester

:

Spring 2016 (Special Travel Studio)

Location

:

Boston,USA

Professor

:

Krist Karlins

Description :

This culinary school locates at the educational district of the South End, Boston. This project has treated the process of learning and making as one form of performance. The transparency of the building allows this school to serve as a stage for students and chefs. And, the careful distribution of commercial and educational programs allow them to separate spatially without using any physical barrier.
