Service Design

There are two projects here, Old Savannah Trolley tour and Groupon. Trough participant observation, primary research, and secondary research, We create user journey, service offering map, encounter map, channel map, blueprint to clearly monitor service process.

Service provider can find the problems or customer pain points on that by deeply understanding their customers.
