• Delivered 12,000sm museum project from concept to construction in South East Asia by managing a four person team & leading coordination with international consultants, using BIM technology. • Gained trust by assisting local architect with bid package by creating assembly models for high complexity design elements: facade and skylight. • Secured 4,400sm high end residence contract in South East Asia by leading collaborative design presentations during early design phases. • Preserved design integrity of a complex screen facade for a $14.4M museum in South East Asia, during design development phase by creating technical documentation.

• Created design development drawing sets for high-end residential tower and Class A office tower, adhering to precise specifications based on client needs while ensuring compliance with all legal and safety regulations. • Collaborated with consultant to resolve curtain façade detail/code compliance for a 150m tall office tower. • Delivered 50 pages Masterplan Concept set for 442000sm project. • Leveraged familiarity with LEED/GB/Passive House restrictions to simulate environmental performance, enabling timely and cost-effective design adjustments to optimize final project output.

• Crafted 60-pages DD drawing set of China Pavilion's custom roof panels for fabrication and installation, ensuring accuracy and clarity across all designs and associated notations. • Used parametric models to assess tolerance schemes for roof panels and fixtures, proactively avoiding unnecessary costs for eventual repair and replacement. • Liaised with four international engineers, geometry consultants, and facade specialists while serving as project manager for roof construction, collecting and merging inputs to rationalize roof elements. • Led three-person team for a design proposal for Chicago Lakefront Kiosk architectural biennial competition.
OMA | ROTTERDAM, NL | SEP 2012 - JAN 2013 Architecture Intern
• Won prestigious J.J.Bosc bridge competition for the city of Bordeaux by creating an entire narrative set of full-color/black-and-white/3D conceptual diagrams now widely associated with the bridge, ranking first in findability online. • Devised fire safety plan for Centrale School in Saclay, Paris in collaboration with fire department to promptly attain critical custom code approval for project.
