NEED HELP NAVIGATING COLLEGE? STUDENT NAVIGATOR CAN HELP
Student Navigator services are provided to promote student success for all currently enrolled students. Complementing the e orts of our faculty, the student navigator is here to help students navigate through advisement, registration, and other campus procedures to ensure our students stay on track and persist through graduation.
STUDENT NAVIGATOR SERVICES OFFERED:
ADVISEMENT
Provide student advisement, academic progress review for traditional, online, and hybrid classes.
REGISTRATION
Assist all currently enrolled students with pre-registration, readmission procedures such as Academic and/or nancial appeals.
Retention
Identify students who are at risk and help navigate college processes to get them back on track.
EARLY ALERTS
Monitor students' attendance, performance, and academic progress through TCSG TEAMS alerts. Coordinate services for students with relevant college departments and/or community agencies.

MICHELLE WILLIAMS assumed the position of Executive Director for Institutional Advancement, effective January 1, 2023. In this role, Mrs. Williams will provide strategic direction, vision, and management for the college's overall institutional advancement efforts, including annual and major gift fundraising, community and public relations, and alum relations. She will also be responsible for coordinating activities related to the Albany Tech Foundation and serving as liaison between the President and the Foundation Board of Trustees, overseeing ATC's local board of directors’ meetings and correspondences, coordinating special projects and presidential awards, and visits to the campus by major public figures.
Williams has over 25 years of experience in higher education. She began her career at Albany Tech in 2012, overseeing a budget of 2.5 million dollars as the Director of the Students Achieving Success in Engineering Technology (SASET) program. Thereafter, she served as the Director of the Albany Tech Engineering Prep Academy
