Albert González Farran

Albert Gonzalez Farran (Barcelona, ​​1975) is an independent photojournalist and multimedia producer with 17 years experience and extensive specialization in projects about migrations. Currently based in Juba, South Sudan, as a freelance, he has recently worked on documentaries in Egypt, Turkey, Italy, Sweden and Spain for the International Organization for Migrations, Save the Children and the Catalan Commission for Refugee Aid. He was also photographer at the United Nations missions in Afghanistan (UNAMA) in 2015 and Darfur (UNAMID) for nearly five years (2009-2014). Previously, he worked for media outlets in Spain, Peru, Ireland and Northern Ireland and conducted personal photo projects in Bosnia and Ethiopia.
