DJing:- It is the technique of manipulating sounds,
creating music and beat using two or more phonograph turntables (or other sound sources, like tapes, CDs or Digital audio files and a DJ mixer. Mcing:- It refers to “Spoken or chanted rhyming lyrics with a strong rhythmic accompaniment. It also known as emceeing, rapping, spitting and typically features complex wordplay, rapid delivery, and a range of “street slang”,, some of which is unique to the hip hop subculture.
ď‚— Graffiti:- It is the most important element of the hip
hop. They are correlate to each other, one has nothing without other. It was used in America in the late 1960s, as a form of expression. ď‚— Breakdancing:- It is a dynamic, rhythmic style of dance which is developed as the major component of hip hop culture and also called as breaking. It is done with the accompaniment of hip hop music playing on a boom box.
ď‚— Beatboxing:- This term derived from the mimicry of
the first generation of drum machine and it is a technique in which singer imitates drums and other percussion instrument with their voice. It is a way of creating beats or rhythm using the human mouth. ď‚— Beatmaking:- Beat producing is also a major component of hip hop. Culture. It is similar to sound recording that film directors play in making a movie. In this producer depend on each individual, but some producers work with DJs and drum machine to create beats.
Benefits of Hip Hop Dance Hip Hop dance can be used as a fun that helps you to
achieve aerobic and anaerobic benefits. For Aerobic benefits it can be used as cardio exercise that helps you to get your heart pumping and rate up your breathing. It helps you to lose weight, reduce stress, boost energy level and lower the blood pressure. To increase the benefits you should have try to hip hop dance two or three times in a week with healthy diet and plenty of rest.

tights, glutes, calves and other muscles in your legs and arms. ď‚— When you push your body by learning more complex routines and working your muscles a normal workout you can also work them anaerobically which gives more flexibility and elasticity to your joints.
