AC 19th of April hello darkness my old friend, hello, my name is Alberto Chagolla. I am currently a Junoir at Harbor high, and i will be graduating high school in 2017. After high school i dont really have any plans for a career just yet. i would like to major in Computer Science and Computer Engeneering, but i would like to go to Cabrillo and hopefully be able to transfer to UCSC or Calpoly, im might go to a community collage in south California due to it being colser to CalPoly but that is still in question. I am hoping to to get into a career that would be abke to benifit me financially and make me happy at the same time. Throughout my time at Harbor High ive had many classes that ive enjoyed and classes and that i havent enjoyed. I have had the classes that i required to have such as math, english and pe and some sort of science or language, but the class ive enjoyed the most of them all would have to be my consturction tech class, we are at the moment building a porch extention for the class and before that we built minature houses built to building requirements. But also we had a BBQ once which was a lot of fun. Most of my classes do not relate to my future goal, but next year i will be taking part of a AP Computer Science class and im gonna use it as a way to test to see if ill enjoy majoring in computer science. At the moment im taking ROP Graphic Desgin 1 and ROP Constrction Tech. I have taken AP US history and Ive taken Physics which was a fun class.

In ROP Graphic Design I learned how to use Adobe Photoshop and illistrator, I was taught how to create posters and letters for things and stuff. i was taught how to more creative when it comes to advertising to people with flyers and posters by using things such as contrasting colors or different color pallets or things that relate to that. yeuh. I also have gotten use to using a Mac. At first i hated using a Mac and I still do just i got use to using one now. I havnt worked for any clients other then the theatre department that was asking for a poster for their play, i did not win but i was able to complete that. In the following portfolio you will experience the Alberto Chagolla graphic Desgin experience and see the mind of Alberto. It contains work and assginments that I have completed over this last two semesters. Such as the magazine cover and game cover, I hope you enjoy my work..

01 M agazine Cover Application: Adobe Photoshop & Illustator Time: 2.5 weeks In this assignment we were required to recreate a cover of a magazine of our choosing, but changing thing slightly too create difference between them. I learned how to use gradients early on in the year, with help from other student I was able to accomplish this with ease. I enjoyed making a magazine cover of one of my favorite consule games that I played as a kid growing up with the early model of the xbox 360
