Relax. a cold beer in the heat of July, the sports newspaper, the hockey match, the barman, the olive of your martini. Smile. a cool place, versatile, young, who gives you 14 hours - day service. the red color, smooth curves, a smile waiting for you, your tongue craving. Do not esagerate with your fantasy ... a place where you could have a breakfast, a coffee break, a snack, an appetizer, an evening with friends. that you recognize your relaxing moment with a look, imagine to achieve it through a door. to find it in down town and in main street, in your district, in front of your university, in the airport, in the train what you would expect, Imagine it now, Imagine it here, just behind the corner.

Immagina... Immagina una grande citta’, il rumore delle macchine, il ritardo del tram, le otto ore nel tuo ufficio, un telefono che squilla. Respira. Immagina un momento di relax, una tazza di caffe’, la musica diffusa, il tempo che si ferma, un croissant caldo. Rilassati. Immagina una birra fresca nel caldo di luglio, il giornale sportivo, la partita di hockey, il barman e l’ oliva del tuo martini. Sorridi. Immagina un luogo fresco, versatile, giovane che ti offra tutto questo 14 ore al giorno. Immagina il colore rosso, le curve sinuose, un sorriso che ti aspetta, la tua lingua che brama. Non esagerare con la fantasia... Immagina uno spazio dove fare colazione, una pausa caffe’, uno spuntino, un aperitivo, una serata con gli amici. Immagina di riconoscere il tuo momento di relax con uno sguardo, immagina di raggiungerlo attraversando una porta. Immagina di trovarlo a down town ed in main street, nel quartiere dove abiti, davanti all’ universita’, all’ aereoporto, in stazione. Immagina quello che ti aspetti, immaginalo ora, immaginalo qui, proprio dietro l’ angolo.

LANDMARK : our sign

LANDMARK: A sign, which makes the place recognizable even from the street. Not too high for giving you the effect of going through a portal that brings you into another dimension. A portal that frames the landscape, marking the transition from one reality to another. IL SEGNO Un cubo scavato, che sin dalla strada rende riconoscibile il locale anche dalla distanza. Ha un’ altezza contenuta che ne accentua la profondita’ ostentata accompagnando il fruitore in un’ altra dimensione. Un portale che delimita il paesaggio segnando il passaggio da una realta’ ad un’ altra.

THE TONGUE : desk and more.... THE TONGUE The bar, the place where you can taste the products, a metaphoric and symbol of the tongue, a place of taste perception for the users. The main element of the space, is located in a central position in any configuration of the local. LA LINGUA Il bancone del bar, luogo della degustazione del prodotto, eâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; la metafora simbolica e morfologica della lingua, luogo della percezione del gusto del fruitore. Elemento caratterizzante del locale, si colloca centralmente in qualsiasi declinazione e configurazione dello stesso.

MINIMUM TONGUE

MINIMUM TONGUE A specific configuration, presents just the bar and the tables for a fast lunch break or a take-away service. It is designed for defined locations such as mall centres, train stations, airports, stadiums and fairs. It is an ideal place for short breaks and meetings. MINIMUM TONGUE Configurazione dedicata, consta del solo bancone e di tavoli per la consumazione rapida. Si avvale di un servizio prevalentemente take-away o al piuâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; di veloce consumo. Concepito per location specifiche quali centri commerciali, stazioni, aeroporti, stadi, fiere. Luogo ideale di brevi soste e punto di incontro.

TONGUE “S”

TONGUE “S” The minimum configuration, designed for premises less than 50 sm, with the basic functions: bar, coffee corner, breakfast desk. It provides spots for a quick snack, the average time of staying in the local bar is really short. TONGUE “S” La configuarazione minima, pensata per locali di superficie totale minore di 50 mq, caratterizzata dalle funzioni base: bar, coffee corner, breakfast desk. Prevede solo punti di appoggio per consumazioni veloci, la permanenza media nel locale e’ breve.

TONGUE “M”

TONGUE “M” The medium configuaration, designed for places between 50 sm and 100 sm, are characterized by different functions: bar, kitchen, coffee corner, breakfast desk, internet points access. It provides, the facilities of the bar plus tables of circular shape to make easier the ‘interaction between the users, the average time of staying in the local is medium-long. TONGUE “M” La configuarazione media, pensata per locali di superficie totale compresa tra 50 mq e 100mq, caratterizzata da differenti funzioni: bar, kitchen, coffee corner, breakfast desk, internet point. Prevede, oltre al bancone, punti di appoggio di forma circolare per favorire l’ interazione tra i fruitori, la permanenza media nel locale e’ medio lunga.

TONGUE “L”

TONGUE “L” The major configuration, designed for places that exceed 100 sm, characterized by multiple functions: bar, kitchen, coffee corner, breakfast desk, internet points access and a lounge area. Provides, in addition to the smaller locals, a lounge area with large tables and seats, perfect for cocktails and evenings with friends. The average time of staying in the local is longer for having fun. TONGUE “L” La configuarazione maggiore, pensata per locali di superficie totale superiore a 100mq, caratterizzata da molteplici funzioni: bar, kitchen, coffee corner, breakfast desk, internet point e lounge. Prevede, oltre all’ allestimento dei locali piu’ piccoli, un’ area lounge caratterizzata da ampi tavoli bassi con relative sedute, ideale per aperitivi e serate, la permanenza media nel locale e’ lunga.

BAR BAR It ‘s the area of the desk that occupies the largest surface of the local. Here they prepare and deliver the cocktails to the customers, prepared drinks, snacks, etc. BAR E’ l’ area del desk che occupa la maggior superficie. Dedicata alla preparazione e all’ ordinazione di coktails, bevande pronte, spuntini, etc....

COFFEE CORNER

COFFEE CORNER The coffee corner, host the cofee machines for hot drinks and a glassbox for the pastries. L’ ANGOLO DEL CAFFE’ L’ angolo del caffe’, ospita le macchine per la preparazione del caffe’ e delle bevande calde e la vetrina dei dolci.

BREAKFAST DESK

BREAKFAST DESK Is the part of the bar for breakfast, the design shows the organic and irregular shape with some high stools. IL BANCO DELLA COLAZIONE Eâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; la porzione del bancone dedicata al consumo della prima colazione, caratterizzata da una forma irregolare e dalla presenza di sgabelli alti.

T - LOUNGE

T-LOUNGE Is the privileged area of the large configurations, with low tables and comfortable seats, perfect for groups of people, for having aperitifs and after dinner drinks. It has well-defined translucent divisions, to make the space appear larger but at the same time it gives you privacy. Service by the table could be perfect for the customers. T-LOUNGE E’ il luogo privilegiato delle configurazioni piu’ ampie, dotato di tavolini bassi e sedute comode, ottimali per gruppi di persone numerosi, per la consumazione di aperitivi ed after dinner, per soste di lunga durata. E’ ben delimitato da divisioni traslucide, che lo rendono permeabile alla vista ma non al transito, garantendo la tranquillita’ e la decompressione dei fruitori. Puo’ godere del privilegio del servizio al tavolo.

PRE DINNER AREA PRE DINNER AREA It’s the area equipped with high tables, perfect for having aperitifs, alone or in company, for a medium-long stay in the local. During the rush-hours offers comfortable supports to customers, and also increase the interaction between people. AREA APERIVITVI E’ un ‘area dotata di tavoli alti, perfetti per la consumazione di aperitivi, da soli o in compagnia, per una permanenza medio lunga nel locale. Nelle ore di particolare affollamento offre un appoggio comodo agli utenti, favorendo un’ interazione tra i fruitori.

TOILETS

TOILETS The bathrooms are also strongly characterized by the concept, which is confirmed by the strength of the personalized shapes, always designed with a peculiar attention to the local details. Each toilet is designed from a basic module, expandable with respect to the size of each bar and related law. TOILETS Anche i bagni sono fortemente caratterizzati dal concept, che si conferma con forza nelle personalizzazioni degli spazi, nella logica della cura del dettaglio di ogni area di progetto. Concepiti da un modulo base espandibile in relazione della grandezza del locale e della relativa normativa vigente.

MERCHANDISING

MERCHANDISING From the staffâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s uniforms to the merchandising products, each aspect is studied for a better recognizable outfit. Every element of the design is in harmony with graphic design and the starting concept to make a stronger brand. IMMAGINE COORDINATA Dalle divise dello staff al merchandising in vendita, ogni aspetto eâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; curato rendendo riconoscibile il locale, in coerenza con le scelte progettuali e grafiche, rafforzando il concept stesso del marchio.

ADVERTISING ADVERTISING Even the advertising is designed to be extremely close to the entire concept of the local bar to give it a strong identity for the mass-media as well. COMUNICAZIONE Anche la comuniczione mirata e’ curata e coerente con l’ immagine del locale, dal flyer al filmato da proiettare in loop sui monitor eventuali, agli screen saver e sfondi per i PC fino all’ eventuale spot televisivo, con la finalita’ di introdurre e fortificare il segno distintivo e la riconoscibilita’ del locale.

Tongue eâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; un concept sviuppato da un team di professionisti, lo sviluppo del progetto, seguente ad una commessa ad opera del committente, prevede il progetto di massima ed esecutivo di ogni punto vendita in relazione alle caratteristiche della location in cui sorgeraâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; ogni singolo locale. Il brand stesso, il logo, e lâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;intera immagine coordinata, attualmente meramente indicative del concept, saranno studiate in ogni dettaglio in accordo col committente stesso. Tongue is a concept developed by a team of professionists: project development, that follows the indications of the customer, provides a format that describes the design approach for each store with regard to the characteristics of the location where each local will rise. The brand itself, the logo and the entire corporate identity, currently only indicative, will be studied in detail in accordance with the customer itself.
