USD CAMINO / FOUNDERS / SACRED HEART HALL MODERNIZATION PROJECT
SACRED HEART HALL COURTYARD - USD
Rendering above shows pedestrian bridge connecting Founders Hall and Camino Hall dormitories with new elevator (one of two new elevators for USD Camino, Founders, and Sacred Heart Halls renovation and modernization project). The sprawling building consists of numerous classrooms and offices, Shiley Hall Theater, a Black Box Theater, Sacred Heart Hall Studio Theater, Founders Chapel and ministry offices, dorm rooms containing ~250 beds as well as the Copely Library’s Mother Hill Reading Room. Extensive site assessments and surveying were conducted following revit modeling of the entire building. Modernization included making all floors wheelchair accessible as well as all classrooms, restrooms, and theaters.

Day Creek Square is a new residential community in Rancho Cucamonga, CA comprised of Type V Construction townhomes and single family homes. The site also includes two restaurant commercial buildings and a boutique hotel. Linear greenways, playgrounds, and a community pool complete the residential village. OCEANVIEW TERRACE RENOVATION
UCSD’s Ocean View Terrace was renovated to offer the first Halal and Kosher compliant dining option at UCSD. Skylights were introduced to bring in more natural lighting and a new interior stairway with amphitheater style seating was inserted between floors to connect Marshall College dormitory communal spaces to the cafe. Westfield Santa Anita Mall desired a unique space connecting the exterior portion of the mall to the interior portion of the mall by replacing two adjacent vacant retail spaces with a “laneway” offering a new dining experience while improving mall circulation. Hillstone Group Restaurant for Boca Raton, FL A unique upscale restaurant experience offering a full service bar was desired for a vacant parking lot near an existing channel bridge and boat ramp that would enhance the community character.
