MIRAFLORES FLAT Re-design of an existing flat, to enhance maximum storage capacity and space utility, in addition to height modification in its bathroom to give natural ventilation and illumination. Atemporal contemporary pieces were used throughout the flat, following a warm palette with earth tones.

Roof height re-adjustment was proposed as the bathroom had no natural ventilation nor illumination. This was a possibility as the apartment is located in the top floor of the building, and no structure was above. A cold colour palette with subtle neutral touches was chosen to carry on the clean feeling of the other spaces.

Peñalva Townhouse | 2021
PEÑALVA TOWNHOUSE Narrow three storey townhouse in a 5x21 metre lot for a family of five; consisting of a three car garage, laundry room, powder room, terrace, and storage space at ground level. An open concept kitchen linked with the living and dining area, small office space, one bathroom, and one bedroom with a balcony make up the first level. The upper level consists of a living room with a mezzanine, master bedroom with bathroom, a double bedroom complete with a bathroom as well, both rooms with their own private balcony.

Contemporary home with a rustic essence inspired by the traditional French Provençal countryside. Its interior and architectural design reflects the personality and lifestyle of the owner.

The property is situated in a privileged position atop the highest hill of the area, amidst the heavily wooded acres of the municipality of Tatumbla in the Francisco Morazán province, in tropical Honduras. In spite of that, the main goals were to provide natural ventilation and illumination, plus visual access to the enthralling scenery from every room; by using french doors with julliet balconies.

VILLA ANTONIA BUNGALOW
Villa Antonia is a small bed & breakfast in El Hatillo, one of the trendiest spots in the Honduran capital, Tegucigalpa, with flabbergasting views to the city. The proprietor acquired more land to develop a series of tiny modern bungalows to host more guests in a well-tailored environment.

White serves as the canvas for the dominant cool colour palette with some earthy tones, vibrant wall artwork and rich fabrics complete the whole aesthetic look the client sought for. Bamboo functions as a natural visual shield from the other bungalows and possible passers-by.
