The hardeness and lifespan of natural stone can be increased with a good election of the material finish, treatment and futher maintenance.
La dureza y tiempo de vida de la piedra natural se pueden incrementadas mediante una buena elección del acabado del material así como del tratamiento y posterior mantenimiento.
Water is the best cleaning solution. However, when you need to clean and desinfect, it is advisable to use a pH balanced cleaners (those in range 7-10 pH).
La mejor solución de limpieza es simplemente agua. Pero si además queremos limpiar y desinfectar deberemos emplear sólamnte producto con pH neuto (entre 7-10 pH).
Never use aggressive detergents such as bleach, ammonia, anti scaling products, etc.
No emplee nunca detergentes agresivos como lejías, amoníacos, anti cales, etc.
Never use any metal utensils nor cleaner ones that may scratch the surface.
No utilize utensilios de limpieza metálicos que puedan rayar la superficie.
In case of stains, try to clean it with soapy water first. If the stains remain, proceed with “deep clean“ type cleaners available from good manufacturers. Look at the back of this brochure for a brief detail about stains.

In case of using bleach as cleaning product, this must be water diluted. As a general rule, it is advisable to start with low concentrations or maximum dilutions. Increase the amount little by little depending on the results. It is important to know that hot water has a high cleaner potencial than cold water. Remenber despite the aging, most of natural stones can be easily repolished to recover its original finish.

En caso de usar lejía como detergente, deberá hacerlo siempre de forma
diluida. Como regla general, siempre es aconsejable empezar con bajas concentraciones o máxima dilución, que puede ir incrementando según los resultados. Es importante saber que el agua caliente tiene un poder de limpieza superior al agua fria. Recuerde que a medida que pasa el tiempo en la piedra natural, la mayoría de ellas pueden recuperar el aspecto inicial de forma sencilla pulimentando de nuevo la superficie.
