Brief introduction Following the guidelines of D. Antonio Fdez Alba, the company responsible for the main actuation in Plaza del Sol for the completion of the new exchanger suburban station, has proceeded to perform the restoration and adaptation of the ride called “La Caja de Ahorros” which connects Alcala and Aduana street at its confluence with La Plaza del Sol, recovering and adapting the square in a private parking use with a series of parking spaces.
Resumen Siguiendo las directrices de D. Antonio Fdez. Alba, la empresa responsable de la actuación principal en la plaza del Sol para la realización de la nueva estación intercambiador de cercanias, ha procedido a realizar la restauración y adecuación del Pasaje de la Caja de Ahorros que conecta la calle de Alcalá, en su confluencia con la Plaza del Sol, con la calle aduana, recuperando inclusive la plaza y adecuandola para su uso privado de estacionamiento con una serie de plazas de parking.

Siguiendo las directrices de D. Antonio Fdez. Alba, la empresa responsable de la actuación principal en la plaza del Sol para la realización de la nueva estación intercambiador de cercanias, ha procedido a realizar la restauración y adecuación del Pasaje de la Caja de Ahorros que conecta la calle de Alcalá, en su confluencia con la Plaza del Sol, con la calle aduana, recuperando inclusive la plaza y adecuandola para su uso privado de estacionamiento con una serie de plazas de parking.
Following the guidelines of D. Antonio Fdez Alba, the company responsible for the main actuation in Plaza del Sol for the completion of the new exchanger suburban station, has proceeded to perform the restoration and adaptation of the ride called “La Caja de Ahorros” which connects Alcala and Aduana street at its confluence with La Plaza del Sol, recovering and adapting the square in a private parking use with a series of parking spaces.
For this performance, the architect and the builder company have opted to use the exclusive materials of Alcantara Stone, opting for a provision to flooring material which include pavers(A) of 20x10x6-8 cm. in Alcantara Atlantic® and Alcantara Black® also tiles of 40x40x6-8 cm. in Alcantara Black®. all the flooring were done with a flamed finish. Also to crown the respective unions of the road with Alcala and Aduana streets, have been made 8 columns of 2.20 meters high with a section of 30x30 cm. in Alcantara Iridium® with a bush-hammered finish treatment, to let them integrated with the granite stones of the buildings that surround the entire performance. 0.12

Para dicha actuación, el arquitecto y la constructora han optado por usar los exclusivos materiales de Alcantara Stone, optando (A) por una disposición para los solados que incluyen adoquines de 20x10x6-8 cm. y baldosas de 40x40x6-8 cm. de Alcantara B Black® y adoquines de 20x10x6-8 cm. de Alcantara Atlantic®. (A) el conjunto del solado se la ha dado una terminación A todo flameada. Además para coronar las respectivas uniones del B pasaje con la calle de Alcalá y la calle de la Aduana, se han realizado 8 columnas de 2,20 metros de altura y una sección de C 30x30 cm. en Alcantara Iridium® a las que se le han aplicado un tratamiento de abujardado para dejarlas integradas con el granito de los sillares Bde los edificios que redean toda la actuación.

Project´s description • Descripción del proyecto A continuación se pueden ver: las fotos 1 y 2 muestran dos detalles tras la descarga de parte de las columnas realizadas en Alcantara Iridio® de 2,20 metros de altura. La foto 3 muestra un detalle de la descarga de parte del material utilizado para la pavimentación. La foto 4 muestra una vista general de la calle prácticamente terminada y a la espera de retirar las casetas de obra. En esta foto se puede apreciar la exquisita combinación del nuevo solado de la calle, que combina el Negro Alcantara® con una serie de motivos geométricos realizados en Alcantara Atlantic®.
Here you can see pictures 1 and 2, shows two details after unloading a part of the columns 2.20 m. made of Alcantara Iridium®. The picture 3 shows a discharge detail of one part of the material used for paving. Picture 4 shows a general view of the street almost complete, waiting for the worksite removal. In this picture you can appreciate the exquisite combination of the new paved street, which combines Alcantara Black® with a series of geometric patterns made of Alcantara Atlantic®.
