Performance Notes •
P1-P4: There are special texts that appear throughout the score with the purpose of providing the interpreters with information about the expected sound result for the different sections.
•
P1-P4: When a plus sign (+) appears, followed by the name of another instrument, it means that the new instrument will be played in addition to the others that are already in use.
•
P1/P2/P3: In the section that goes from letters H to L, different texts appear indicating the combination of instruments that should be used, always maintaining the textures proposed in the initial box.
•
P1-P4: In the last section, which begins in M, it is important to follow with precision the instruments and the pitches that are written, as well as the dynamic changes. All of this with the purpose of achieving a clearer and more interesting spatialized movement.

Approximate duration: 9’15”.
Program Note AlegorĂas (Allegories) Aldo Lombera
Deep and infinite fog, rain with random sounds, endless and invasive pulsations‌ a tender caress, an intense tickling, impetuous emotions that come and go‌ Allegories is an exploration that seeks to express the way I feel life, creating worlds of sound through the use of the different timbres of percussions. It begins with sensations, the flow of continuous movements that can only be perceived as they travel inside us. A deep voice springs from the drums when they are rubbed subtly. The intensity gradually builds up and resonates throughout the entire body tearing the final screams out of the voice. The landscape turns into a colorful tide that wanders around aimlessly. The bowing of the metals gives way to a mild tingling, drops of sound that multiply until they morph into a rampant storm, which captivates our senses, making our perception more and more real. Finally, when we have reached the most receptive point, impulses become continuous. A synchronized discourse of pulsations in woods, skins, and membranes grows and travels through our entire being, until it exasperates us with its energetic disturbance.
