SUBURBAN TOWN HOME Re s id e n t i a l P ro j ec t - As s is te d L iv in g - M PS 2012 Taking Native Homes as the driving concept for this project, the main goal was to provide ADA accessibility all throughout while incorporating green practices and traditional techniques and textures from the tropics into the design. The project is located in Florida Panhandle and It features a geothermal heating system and a rooftop garden with rainwater collector.

RESTAURANT - SKATE PLAZA Co m m e rc i a l p ro j ec t - M PS 2013 Inspired by the skateboarding culture, this project seeks to break the misconception of the sports and bring the community together. The 3,165 sq ft restaurant is located in Tribeca, NY, featuring an indoor skate plaza in the basement level. The restaurant was designed to earn LEED Gold Certification, through selection of sustainable materials such as mosaic tiles made from broken skateboards, recycled denim for upholstery and a large open wall for diners and local artists to paint on and hold cultural activities.
