Black Bibs Shammies Le lunghe distanze si accorciano Il punto di contatto tra sella e zona perineale/ischiatica è sicuramente quella più interessata da problematiche legate alla compressione ed allo sfregamento delle parti a contatto con la sella. I progetti relativi ai fondelli realizzati in alta frequenza (HF) creano alcune scanalature che contribuiscono a migliorare l’appoggio in sella. l materiali a contatto diretto con la pelle sono realizzati in poliestere antibatterico e schiuma a fori larghi per la massima traspirabilità. Il sellino ad alta densità 120 kg/m³ assicura una protezione elevata nei punti sollecitati dalle vibrazioni della strada.

The long distances are reduced. The contact point of the perineal/ischiatic area with the saddle can lead to compression and rubbing problems. High frequency (HF) shammies have some grooves that perfect the position on the saddle. The fabrics are made of antibacterial polyester and perforated foam for the highest breathability. The 120 kg/m³ density padding ensures utmost protection against shocks on road.

Il nostro pantaloncino aerodinamico dallo stile classico e sobrio. Un nuovo concetto che coniuga aerodinamicità e idrorepellenza con un capo tecnico adatto alla competizione ma anche per l’utilizzo quotidiano.

COSTRUZIONE

Uso minimo dei tagli, un pattern minimal che permette il massimo comfort grazie all’uso ridotto di cuciture. Basso impatto aerodinamico. Il tessuto principale Serie S 41 WR Active Comfort che copre la zona delle gambe e i glutei è un tessuto compressivo con il 41% di elastomero che pur mantenendo uno spessore ridotto genera un effetto di compressione che riduce la fatica muscolare. Il tessuto presenta un trattamento WR antigoccia sull’esterno e un trattamento idrofilico interno per favorire l’asciugatura veloce e la traspirabilità. The cuts have been reduced and this allows the maximum comfort thanks to the limited number of seams. Low aerodynamic impact. The main fabric is called Serie S 41 WR Active Comfort and it’s used on the legs and on the back: it’s a compressive material containing 41% of elastomer that even with a reduced thickness it gives the right amount of compression that reduces the muscular fatigue. Moreover it has a WR treatment on the outside, repelling water, and it is hydrophillic on the inside, helping fast drying and breathability. New “Open” bib system for a better moisture management.

This is the result of our experience on a Racing bibshort. After years on the racing fields following the professional and amateur teams, we have created the R-EV1. These bibshorts are the upgrade of our favourite PRR GRAPHICS having now a new look and are now more functional thanks to the use of materials offering a greater muscular support.

The garment weights 220 gr (20% lighter than the two single R-EV1 pieces), it comes from the time trial suits. This skinsuit combines the features of a classical jersey and bibshort with the advantage of the aerodinamic performanca of a time trial suit. Fast drying and very breathable the front of the body in Microforato fabric. The sleeves made in a structured Mesh Dragon material allows a better ventilation, breathability and aerodynamics. The lower part derives from the R-EV1 bibshorts with a good degree of muscular support.

Costruzione aerodinamica con manica a giro molto aderente sul corpo per un effetto seconda pelle. La manica corta è stata allungata rispetto alle misure standard ed è realizzata in Mesh Dragon con la funzione di ridurre il drag e il beneficio di una maggior ventilazione. Sulla parte frontale e sulla schiena il tessuto liscio Push Pull, grazie all’effetto della sua costruzione, allontana velocemente il sudore dalla pelle ed ha una elasticità meccanica controllata per mantenere le tasche al loro posto anche quando cariche. La maglia presenta un innovativo sistema di 4 tasche multifunzionali smart cargo system dove si puo’ riporre con comodità tutti gli accessori, (suppellettili, portafoglio, …).

Aerodynamic construction with tight fitting set-in sleeves for a “second skin” sensation. The short sleeve panel has been lengthened compared to the standard length and it is made in Mesh Dragon. This material reduces the drag thus allowing a better ventilation. On the front and on the back the smooth Push Pull fabric pulls humidity quickly away from the body. It also has a controlled mechanical elasticity in order to keep the pockets in place even when loaded. The jersey features a new 4-pocket system, the smart cargo system which allows you to easily store all your personal belongings.

The compression areas are balanced by the use of different fabrics giving a graduated compression in the peripheral areas. The fabric Aero G.250 allows a low aerodynamic impact, thanks to the “golf ball” effect and a high muscle compression: the contact with the skin stimulates the circulation like a massage. Il fondello DOUBLE ERGO composto da due parti principali divide il fondello in: protezione e traspirazione. La superficie protettiva ad alta densità 120 kg copre le zone di contatto diretto con la sella (ischiatica e perineale) ma è ridotta nelle altre zone per garantire il minimo ingombro e la massima traspirabilità. Le scanalature in HF contribuiscono a migliorare l’appoggio in sella. Lo2HFscarico centrale è stato pensato a OMNI27 protezione delle terminazioni nervose per un maggior sostegno anche nelle uscite più lunghe. Le alette sagomate laterali sono flessibili e seguono i movimenti del corpo durante la pedalata conformandosi all’anatomia del ciclista per un comfort elevato. Il fondello è applicato al pantalone tramite una particolare cucitura “tris tic” molto resistente e poco visibile.

The DOUBLE ERGO shammy has two main features: protection and breathability. The protective surface with 120 kg density covers the contact point with the saddle (perineal and ischiatic area), but is thinner in the remaining parts to assure the utmost breathability. The central relief channel was developed to protect the nerve endings for improved support, also on the longer distances. W4HF TRI The lateral shaped wings are flexible and follow the body movements while pedaling, adapting to the cyclist’s anatomy for the highest comfort. The shammy is applied with a particular seam “tris-tic” very resistant and almost invisible.
