Soft Skills
Lateral thinking Application of common sense Resource management Adaptation to circumstances Communication in Team Work Optimization of design constraints
Communicative skills I have good communication skills, initially developed during my studies at Politecnico di Milano, following numerous presentations of papers to the public. Through extra-curricular and work experiences, I was able to further consolidate these skills, and put them into practice in various situations, having to interface with professionals with different skills, roles and needs. Furthermore, the Master's Degree course I have chosen represents a meeting point between two different schools, Design and Engineering, and effective communication becomes the key means for integrating the skills of these two disciplines. Students from all over the world, with their cultures and their way of dealing with people and the subject, trained me in being able to communicate easily and diplomatically.
Organizational and management skills During my university career I have acquired good organizational skills, necessary to face team work in an efficient and productive way. Prioritizing things right and giving them the right amount of time is key in a challenging environment. The university rhythms have prepared me to face deadlines, even in the workplace, allowing me to meet deadlines set by companies, suppliers and customers.
Other skills My passion for photography and writing, along with my active commitment to writing articles for Forwart magazine, helped me develop these skills. I carry out a personal work of photographic research, which also includes a part of the development of textual captions, which help me a lot to train in the synthesis of concepts.
