B-Park is a park, is a game, is relax B-Park was born as a working environment with a great vocation for creativity. We work to hide the buildings in the context of the park, we try to adapt ourselves to the ground by deciding to the nature how to develop the project. We do not make single buildings, we try to create something organic, we “hide” buildings (a research center, exhibition center, industry, station, restaurant and open theater) under garden roofs and inside facades covered by bamboo. Infinite uses, wide environments, far from stress and relaxing. We return the green to the city. il B-Park è parco, è gioco, è relax B-Park nasce come ambiente di lavoro con una grande vocazione alla ricreatività. Lavoriamo in modo da nascondere gli edifici nel contesto del parco, cerchiamo di adattarci al suolo facendo decidere alla natura come sviluppare il progetto. Non realizziamo edifici puntuali, ci occupiamo di creare qualcosa di organico, “nascondiamo” gli edifici ( un centro di ricerca, centro esposizione, industria, stazione, ristorante e teatro aperto) sotto tetti giardino e dentro facciate rivestite in canne di bamboo. Infiniti utilizzi, ambienti ampi, lontani dallo stress e rilassanti. Restituiamo verde alla città.
B_Park Masterplan
B_park is located in Catania, in a poor of recreational green areas. The park will occupy an uncultivated and abbey area and the ground at various heights, will allow to create panoramic terrace from which to observe the city of Catania and its gulf.

The park buildings will be an integral part of the new area. they will have various functions, they will be immersed in the green, to make it pleasant to work. Their position will create squares, recreation areas and greenways. The park will be always accessible and will be connected to the city by a train stop.

Expo Dubai 2020 will leave us a great area that we will have to reorganize and use so that the themes, the sharing of information and the technological innovations that every day go to improve our quality of life, do not remain unused and unheard. Sustainability is one of the most important factors and in the project for the reuse of post-exposure areas, it was decided to create new commercial, residential, management offices for studies, research and green areas. The project provides for the reorganization of one of the areas of the site, the study of non-driveway routes and the possibility to limit the use of private vehicles. The creation of two towers is inspired by the unmistakable style of Dubai, however it was thought to incorporate in the structure a metro stop, and various other functions that allow the towers to be 24 hours on 24 strategic center of this new area. Expo Dubai 2020 ci lascerà in dote una grande area che bisognerà riorganizzare ed utilizzare per far si che i temi, gli impegni, gli avvertimenti, la condivisione di info e le innovazioni tecnologiche che ogni giorno vanno a migliorare la nostra qualità di vita, non restino inutilizzati e inascoltati. La sostenibilità è uno degli aspetti più importanti e nel progetto di riuso di una delle aree post esposizione, si è pensato di creare quindi nuovi insediamenti commerciali, residenziali, direzionali di studi, ricerca e aree verdi. Il progetto prevede la riorganizzazione di una delle aree del sito, lo studio di percorsi non carrabili e la possibilità di limitare l’uso dei mezzi privati. La creazione di due torri si rifà allo stile inconfondibile di Dubai, metropoli che vede nei grattacieli un suo biglietto da visita, tuttavia si è pensato di inglobare nella struttura una fermata della metro, e varie altre funzioni che permettono alle torri di essere 24 ore su 24 centro strategico di questa nuova area.

The design process followed had as its purpose to study the building artefact, in its entirety, analyzing the context in which it is inserted, the geometry, the technological systemand the degradations. this study has allowed the realization of a redevelopment and refunctionalization project, in compliance with the rules on energy saving. and also going to intervene on the intended use and on the architectural aspect. L’iter progettuale seguito ha avuto come scopo quello di studiare il manufatto nella sua totalità , analizzando il contesto in cui si inserisce, la geometria, il sistema tecnologico e i degradi, che ci hanno permesso quindi di realizzare un progetto di riqualificazione e rifunzionalizzazione, nel rispetto delle norme in materia di risparmio energetico e andando anche ad intervenire sulla destinazione d’uso e sullo aspetto architettonico.
