ENCHANTED WOODS We were challenged to turn a Hollywood Hills mansion into an interactive open house that could generate social media impressions. For one night only we turned the mansion into an Instagram Museum. Big fish influencers could snap and share photos with gold bath tubs, cannabis rooms, pillow fight rooms, dance floors on the roof, and were gifted by luxury sponsorships like MoĂŤt & Chandon, LadurĂŠe Paris and Jo Malone London. The home sold 30 days later and resulted in over 500,000 impressions, a feature by The New York Times Style Section, and CNBC, ultimately setting a new trend in luxury marketing.

INSTA-PENTHOUSE After a $150,000 revamp to bring the $15M penthouse up to date, the agent asked for an influencer event that would generate buzz on social media. Themed after the build year1963, Vesta hung vintage surf posters and Society transformed the penthouse into six interactive art installations that would remind the guests of their childhood at the beach. Influencers jumped on a trampoline photo booth, journeyed through pinwheel hallways and beach ball rooms while snatching up hashtag giveaways. Resulting in 1.3M impressions, multiple showings, and national profiles for connecting social media to real estate in the Robb Report, NPR Marketplace, The Real Deal, and People.

800 TIGERTAIL The developer for 800 Tigertail wanted to launch his property to a crowd of affluent athletes, agents, and art lovers. The Getty views from every room inspired a house party meets art opening. Vesta staged the indoors and outside mini golf. The Pretty Artist showcased her latest works of celebrity portraits made from thousands of rock crystals. Guests were treated to specialty cocktails by MoĂŤt & Chandon, fresh cut sushi bar, and live entertainment. The home sold the next day for over asking.
