Alexander J. Dillon, co-founder of GenCap Management, an investment firm founded in 2021 in New York City, has a career marked by his dedication to nurturing small startups with capital and leadership. He has made significant investments in numerous startups, aiming to scale them into major industry players. His firm also tailors financing solutions to meet diverse client needs. Beyond his financial endeavors, he has ventured into the culinary world, opening the successful restaurant Olar Noso in Northvale, New Jersey, alongside two childhood friends in the same year. Between 2011 and 2013, he was Vice President of special Situations at MD Global Partners, LLC, a boutique investment firm offering advisory services across various investment types. His primary venture, GenCap Management, concentrates on pre-IPO stages and both long—and short-term global equity investments. Alexander Dillon in 2024 is working on growing BIG to become the go-to finance provider for businesses in NY and NJ.
