Day 1 – Hello!
Please arrange for your drinks & bags of ice to be delivered during the day, and we will ensure that the fridges & drinks cabinet are stocked for your arrival. Ample glasses will be left out for you and your guests to help yourselves ☺
From 5pm - Guest Arrival To say hello, and get ready for the evening The hot tub and swimming pool will be available and ready if you fancy a dip, or equally a stroll around the grounds is beautiful on a sunny day.
6-7pm – Drinks in the drawing room. Our staff will serve drinks of your choice in the drawing room.
7pm – 3 Course Celebration Supper Served in the Dining Hall. (We will confirm your menu choices with you 2 weeks prior to your arrival with us).
After your supper, our Chef will retire to allow you all to have a relaxed evening together. All fridges will b e restocked with your own alcohol prior to our retiring for the evening & supper leftovers will be left in the main kitchen fridge for anyone that needs a midnight snack! We ask that glasses & crockery are left on the side in the kitchen for our staff to collect and dishwash in the morning.

Day 2 - Get Out & About!
10am - Continental Breakfast – Your continental breakfast buffet will be served in the kitchen.
11am – 1pm – Seasonal Floristry Course
1.30-2.30pm – Victorian Afternoon Tea, served on Vintage China in the Dining Hall
Enjoy a dip in the pool or Hot tub…
7pm – Amazing Grazing Supper Table
After your supper, our Chef will retire to allow you all to have a relaxed evening together. All fridges will be restocked with your own alcohol prior to our retiring for the evening & supper leftovers will be left in the main kitchen fridge for anyone that needs a midnight snack! We ask that glasses & crocker y are left on the side in the kitchen for our staff to collect and dishwash in the morning.
Day 3 – Recuperate!
Take a morning dip in the pool, or hot tub, blow the cobwebs away with a walk in the great outdoors, or just have a long lie in!
And don’t worry, we’ve not forgotten that all important morning Cuppa! You will find;
A Tea & Coffee & Cereal station in the main Kitchen
10am Full Scottish Brunch for you all, is served in the kitchen
Please advise dietary requirements at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival with us and if you have something you’d really, really love to see on the menu, please just ask, we will always do our best to accommodate!
