alloween doesn’t always have to be about sweets. This year why not try making fun cocktails with the kids, or making them adult with a slug of your favourite tipple!
umpkin Punch
1 pumpkin to hold drink Orange sherbert Carton of orange juicw Topped up with ginger Ale
oo-Nilla shake
1 cup whole milk 2 pints vanilla ice cream 1 cup thick cream ½ tablespoon sugar • Blend milk and pint of ice cream until smooth. Keep blender on and add remaining ice cream gradually. Blend until smooth • Beat cream until soft peaks form. Add sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form. Pipe in spiral mounds on top of milkshake for ghost peaks. • Microwave choc chips until melted. Using a small brush, paint ghost faces onto inside of glass, and will harden as it dries.
