The project consists of a building for residential use with 3 underground levels for parking, storage rooms and general services, a surface level for arrival lobby, services, gardens and parking lots, and 8 levels for apartments; in the last level the social areas also appear. Having a corner lot allows it to work with two main facades. In both there are balconies and planters, as well as a set of volumes in black that are joined in a kind of hinge of red MDF pieces framed by a white volume.

This project consists of a mixed-use building between corporate and residential on level 7 on a sloping terrain with approximately 3.00 meters of difference between its lowest and highest level towards Calle Cantera. The site has two important characteristics: its inclination and its corner condition, both determining for the development of use and work on the façade.
