This Quickstart Guide is written as an introduction to the THiNK module of the Marketing Masters Success Cycle. I will be releasing an even more detailed THiNK report in the future, but this guide should be enough to get most people started. In this guide I have outlined many of the tools I use to build, maintain and grow a strong web presence across many niches while marketing hundreds of websites for both myself and my clients. It is concise, to the point and it is written in Q&A format. Mindful Wisdom: In order to maximize your performance in business and in life, you must take time to calm down, take timeouts from work activities, step outside your business mindset and take time to see and create your own life or whatever it is you desire. What is the Marketing Masters Success Cycle? In order to achieve anything you have visualized in any area of your life there are specific principles that must be put into place by an individual in order to experience continued and sustained levels of success. These principles or components of the Success Cycle are as follows: 1) THiNK about your goals, what you want to accomplish and how you are going to accomplish it. 2) Take ACTION and put those thoughts and plans into motion 3) BELIEVE that you can achieve your goals without wavering or doubt. Never give up! Persevere! Persistence overcomes resistance. 4) ACHIEVE real results that you have worked hard and fought for and reinvest that energy back into the thought process that got you there. These are the tools that I have used to build a thriving successful business Where do I purchase my domains? I purchase all of my domains through GoDaddy. Although I don't normally use GoDaddy for hosting I do think that domain purchases and domain management is very easy and convenient using their service. There are other services out there such as Network Solutions, Register.com and Yahoo! Domains however when you compare them side-by-side to GoDaddy they just don't seem to make the grade for me. When I compare the days of hand coding html pages in Dreamweaver to what I'm doing today..I really don't know what I was thinking. I build all my websites on the Wordpress CMS publishing platform. Wordpress is the most powerful and versatile platform for publishing content on the web. Just about every successful blog, and many successful websites, are run off the Wordpress platform. Wordpress allows you to create a beautiful blog or website within minutes and with the thousands of themes and plugins you can customize your site to anything imaginable. The best thing is that Google loves the Wordpress platform. So if you're site is running off the platform you'll find it much easier for your blog or site to be found in the search engines than with a normal old static site. The reason is because Wordpress creates an SEO-friendly linking structure for your site and allows you to publish fresh updated content frequently. The great thing about Wordpress is that there is an unlimited number of themes and templates that you can use and customize for your website or blog. I usually don't use any theme that doesn't have some form of SEO feature built-in. There is also no one "best theme" or set of themes. I always match the functionality and style of theme I'm using to the current project I'm working on. Although I try new themes from time to time there is a core group of themes that I consider my "go-to" themes. important to narrow down a core group of plugins that you can use a base/foundation when setting up your blog. Wordpress sites are not easy to optimize for search engines without a good SEO plugin so you will need a strong plugin that keeps your site optimized according to Google's current algorithmic changes. I do the majority of my keywords research with Google's Keyword Tool and cross reference some of my findings with Google Trends. If you are a blogger or hardcore internet marketer and need more in-depth keyword research & analysis then I recommend the Keyword Winner Wordpress plugin. It trumps almost everything out there by providing you with keywords for your titles, posts, pages and tags by pooling information from Google Insights, Google Competition, Google Trends and Bing Backlinks. Some are original graphics that I have created or that someone has created for me. Others are cherry picked from random sources on the web. I cannot emphasize enough how having a folder with every type of graphic you need from arrows and purchase icons to guarantee seals and backgrounds makes marketing life SO easy. If I am not using Traffic Geyser for a specific part of a campaign, which has its own follow-up system, and I need to monitor leads from the point of capture to conversion then I will use a web-based software system such as Instant Customer. I would say this suite is better suited toward those who want to connect real-world networking/marketing with a web-based marketing effort. Instant Customer acts as an automated sales robot that runs automated teleseminars, webinars and on-demand videos. It's not for everyone, but you can try the system for $1 on a 21 day trial to see if it's right for you.

Video is one of the most effective sales tools in conveying your sales message because it engages the senses of both sight and sound. It must however be done responsibly. The time of spamming and abusing social networks has come to end. Times have changed and we all want a business model that will be around for more than 3 months. In a good Social Media marketing campaign the focus should be on using social platforms to provide your website(s) with all the traffic it needs to build a solid business without the fear of a Google slap.
