The 3 Keys To Lasting Weight Loss The Simple Solution To The Seemingly Complex Weight Loss Problem. by Geoff Neupert, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Congratulations on downloading this Free Special Report. In in, youʼre going to learn why conventional diets have failed you and why itʼs not your fault. Not only that, youʼre going to learn how to get from where you are now - frustrated with a lack of results from the failure of diets and supplements to live up to their marketing hype, to the place where weight loss - and maintenance - is virtually automatic. But first, imagine for a moment being able to enjoy eating tasty foods and never ever going hungry again and seeing the inches melt off your body and the numbers on the scale plunge. Imagine not having to count calories or worry about having to buy special supplements, pills, or potions. All of this is a reality for those of us who have mastered weight loss. Howʼd we do it? The same way youʼre about to - by learning the 3 Keys To Lasting Weight Loss.

Key #1: Eat Foods That Accelerate Fat Burning The first key to shedding those unwanted pounds is to learn which foods accelerate the fat burning processes in your body. The scary thing is, that most of whatʼs labelled “healthy food” is exactly the opposite of what you should be eating to burn fat. For example, anything you see in the grocery

store that comes in a bag or a box that says “low fat” is one of these so-called “healthy foods.” Itʼs marketed (against your innate intelligence by the way) as a quick, easy product to help you lose weight. Nothing could be further from the truth. More on that in a minute... So what are foods that accelerate the fat loss process? They are all natural foods - foods that are found in nature - in their natural state whole foods, like the foods your grandmother used to make for dinner:

Meat, fish, chicken, pork, seafood, whole eggs...

Vegetables like broccoli, kale, lettuce, asparagus, cauliflower, green beans, celery, carrots, tomatoes, cucumber, squash, spinach, peppers, eggplant, and other fresh vegetables...

Fruit like apples, pears, bananas, peaches, plums, apricots, nectarines, mango, grapes, papaya, pineapple, and more...

Even “no-no” carbohydrates like potatoes, brown rice, sweet potatoes, yams, oatmeal, and quinoa, to name a few... (Surprised about these, arenʼt you? I know I was...)

But thereʼs a food group thatʼs even more surprising... Fats. Healthy fats like avocado, olive oil, avocado, almonds, and coconut oil...

All of these foods have one thing in common - man doesnʼt make them or engineer them. And thatʼs important because this means they are easier to break down and use for energy by our bodies. They arenʼt perceived as toxic substances which then put strain on our internal organs, causing them to work less efficiently, and ultimately being perceived as poisons and being stored as fat. This brings us to our next key...

Key #2: Stop Eating Foods That Prevent Fat Burning Foods that prevent your body from burning fat are foods that you find on the shelves of your grocery store. They come in boxes and bags and have additives on the back that you canʼt pronounce like sodium erythorbate, sorbitan monostearate, and butylated hydroxyanisol. (Forget pronouncing - we donʼt even know what they are!) As mentioned earlier, these foods are more often than not marketed to us as “health foods” and “low fat” foods. But theyʼre all engineered by man to last on a shelf and taste good.

Theyʼre not necessarily good for you. Sure, they may be low in calories, but since they are processed, they are absorbed more quickly by your body than whole foods which leads to an increase in your blood sugar. And itʼs the speed at which your blood sugar rises that is a leading factor in weight/fat gain. The faster your blood sugar rises, the more likely youʼll gain fat. Thatʼs because your body releases insulin - a powerful hormone - to shuttle the sugar into muscle cells. When those cells are full or thereʼs excess insulin, your body stores the sugar in fat cells. More sugar = more insulin. More insulin = more fat. Unfortunately, it gets worse. You also need to be aware of foods that have artificial colors and artificial sweeteners in them like aspartame, sucralose, as well as hybrid / engineered sweeteners, like high fructose corn syrup. These interfere with the way your organs, specifically your liver, gall bladder, and pancreas are designed to work - essentially overtaxing them and making them work harder than theyʼre supposed to. Letʼs take a closer look at what is arguably the worst thing about many of the foods youʼre probably eating that are preventing you from losing fat... High Fructose Corn Syrup - The Hidden Fatness Accelerator High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS) has virtually replaced all forms of sugar and is found in all sorts of food from soda to crackers. The reason is simple: Cost.

It simply costs less to produce and inject HFCS into products than add simple table sugar. Plus, itʼs sweeter than regular table sugar so companies can make more money by using less sweetener in their products. Here are some of the dangers of HFCS: 1. Increased Risk of Weight Gain and Obesity A study done by Princeton University found that rats fed HFCS versus table sugar gained weight 300% more quickly. The reason is simple: HFCS is more quickly absorbed than table sugar and leads to a quicker rise in insulin - a powerful hormone for controlling blood sugar which also lays down fat. 2. Increased Risk of Developing Type 2 Diabetes Researchers at Rutgers University found that the HFCS in sodas compounds that caused tissue damage. These are the same compounds found in the blood of diabetics that are related to the disease. There were five times the amount of these compounds in the soda as in the blood of diabetics! 3. Development of Hypertension and Elevated Bad Cholesterol Levels Research has demonstrated that diets high in sugar increases triglyceride levels and low-density cholesterol (LDLs - the bad kind). Thatʼs regular table sugar. Other research has shown that HFCS effects are actually magnified as a result of the fructose. Both hypertension and elevated bad cholesterol are considered indicators for heart disease. 4. Long Term Liver Damage Your liver has to process everything you eat. Because HFCS is “engineered,” itʼs harder on your body, especially your liver to process. HFCS has also been linked to liver scarring and fatty liver disease. All of this begs a very good question: If all this man-made engineered food is so bad for us and makes us fat, why is it marketed to us? Simple. Weʼve bought the lie of convenience. Weʼre made to believe that itʼs “convenient” to eat these foods. Let me ask you this - whatʼs more convenient - opening a box of cereal and pouring milk on it for breakfast or eating a piece of fruit? And the more “convenient” these big food companies can make these “foods,” the more youʼll keep buying them. And the more you buy, the more money they make. Simple. So hereʼs the bottom line:

To lose weight and continue to do so, donʼt eat anything that comes in a box or bag or is made by man.

Key #3: Learn To Combine Your Foods In Such A Way To Get A Maximum Fat Burning Effect Did you know that there are certain ways you can eat to maximize your the speed at which you lose fat? And once you know it youʼll be permanently set free from fad diets and marketing gimmicks? For example, you know some people that did really well on the Atkins Diet and others didnʼt. Some of your friends eat a ton of carbs and donʼt get fat, while maybe you do. Why is that? Itʼs called biochemical individuality and it means that even though weʼre all created the same, our bodies have individual food preferences that help us get leaner faster and not store fat. How do you find out what your bodyʼs preferences are? Simple. Thereʼs a program I strongly recommend by Certified Nutritionist Isabel De Los Rios called, The Diet Solution. And it really is a diet solution. Isabel shows you how to eat delicious, easy-to-make meals from readily-accessible foods, that leave you feeling satisfied and full. And when you learn how to combine the foods in the right manner for your body, not only will you not go hungry, but youʼll lose weight and inches at what feels like record speed. Speaking of records - for the record, I know Isabel practices what she preaches too - I sat next to her at dinner one night and she is literally half my size. But she ate a whole taco salad loaded with all the things traditional “diet gurus” say make you fat. How?
