PREPARATION Grate chocolate with a large grater. Pour half the cream liquid in a saucepan, bring to a boil and then add honey and chocolate. Melt, stirring gently, remove from heat and spread the cream into 6 bowls. Book. Pour the milk and coffee extract in a saucepan, gently warm. Whip the egg yolks with sugar., Add flour and coffee liqueur. Pour the boiling milk in net whisking constantly. Transfer all in the pan and let thicken over low heat, stirring.
