GranitĂŠ au chocolat, au yaourt et aux fruits secs chocolate Granita, with yoghourt and the dry fruits

INGREDIENTS For 6 persons For granita: - Mineral water: 75 cl - sugar: 100 g - Cocoa powder: 2 v. soup - For filling: - Velvety yoghourt: 3 - sugar: 2 v. soup - vanilla sugar: 1 packet - dried fruits (figs, grapes, apricots ...): 250 g - white rum: 2 v. soup - mint
PREPARATION Prepare the chocolate granita: Pour the sugar and water in a saucepan. Mix until sugar is completely dissolved, then bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add the cocoa powder. Pour it into a dish and place in freezer for 2 hours stirring with a fork every 1 / 4 hour. Pour yogurt in a bowl, add sugar and vanilla sugar, mix well. Cut all the dried fruit into small pieces, put them in a bowl, sprinkle 2 c. tablespoons of water and rum. Let marinate 30 minutes. Drain fruit and put them in the bottom of glasses. Divide yogurt over the granite and chocolate. Serve immediately. SUGGESTIONS AND COUNCILS Decorate with mint leaves.
