THE MEADOWS Software used: Revit + Rhino

LOCATION: 5930 Roberta ln, Humble, Tx.

CONCEPT:

Fluidity: A representation of the constant movement of other worldly nature yet restricted to a single point.

REQUIREMENTS:

The hypothetical client requested a residential building that occupied a minimum of 12 unites, onsite parking, and an elevator for circulation.

SOLUTION:

As a second year student, I decided to create a 12 unit apartment complex with 30 functional above ground parking spots. This building is designed with two circular central elevators, a helixed staircase wrapped around the elevators as well as an underground enterence.
