These selected works represents my passion for innovation, problem solving and the creative process. I have included projects that allowed me to follow a client’s direction and successfully complete project and also evolve my vision to guide a concept through its planning and execution. I appreciate the time spent reviewing my work. Continuing the development and discovery as my role as a creative thinker and innovative producer, I am excited to work towards creating meaningful work that addresses and solves problems in my community both locally and globally. This has been divided up by Marketing, Branding, Business Development, Management, Design, and Agency Work to show my multidisciplinary work in creative strategy and innovation in design and business. Bulgari High-End Watch Marketing Initiatives

DESIGN/MARKETING OF LUXURY GOODS • SENIOR • PARSONS SCHOOL OF DESIGN/COLUMBIA BUSINESS SCHOOL •

A Master Class with Parsons and Columbia Business in conjunction with the Luxury Education Foundation. Teams of four interdisciplinary Parsons students and four Columbia MBA students worked on projects for luxury brands. I worked with Bulgari. An iconic Italian jewelry and manufacturer and luxury brand, and recently integrated and cobranded Daniel Roth and Gerald Genta timepiece collections. We were given the task to design marketing initiatives in its US launch. As part of the team, I rendered and pitched ideas including special events, after-sale services, an iPad application, event sponsorships, and the flagship store window display. A fellow Parsons student and I designed the final presentation that was presented in front of many executives of the Luxury goods industries and was extremely well received by Bulgari’s US CEO and Managing Director and the National Marketing Director.

As the first one-for-one food company, Two Degrees made their mission that for every bar they sold, a meal would be donated to a child suffering from malnutrition. Worked with the Marketing Director on campaign and collateral to launch successfully nationwide in Whole Foods Markets. Lead creative projects and teams on various projects. Designed partnership pitches, tradeshow displays, POP countertop displays and miscellaneous collateral.

ProAudioStar Branding and Creative Direction DESIGN AND MARKETING MANAGER • BROOKLYN, NY • 2010

I was originally hired to create product advertisements for eBay auctions for a DJ and pro audio equipment online retailer. After proving myself to the owner he placed me in the position to rebrand the company. The store was initial a ProStores e-commerce website and developed into a multifunctional portal to musicians, DJs and producers to learn and share knowledge; all while driving traffic to the site. Included in the process was the style guide, identity, and online/offline marketing campaigns. I also ran and maintained the AdWords account which accounted for over $500,000 in sales for the company during my time there. The office was located in the warehouse where fulfillment was made, and I also gained insight and experience from working with the team there.

Miles High Brand Strategy and Execution Somerville, MA • January 2011 - PRESENT

From what started as a friends father who had a contact to receive handknit baby alpaca sweaters from Ecuador, I led the team as CEO and creative director to successfully launch a brand positioned utilizing Blue Ocean Strategy exercises and planning. I designed the all brand, website, collateral, lookbook, directed two photoshoots with four different locations and wrote a full business plan including a SWOT analysis, competitive analysis and strategic canvas. I developed social media marketing campaigns that greatly enhanced the online presence and led to the complete sell out of our first run of the sweaters. Developed a ‘Sessions’ subsidiary initiative that is now working with the nonprofit Ellen’s Heart and Soul, to curate relaxing music to be put on iPods that are donated to cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. I was also able to get us local press in the newspaper and fashion blogs.

Handmade for my DJ moniker, DJ e¢k$. The card is inspired by a New York City lottery scratch ticket. A concept to relate the optimistic opulent gratification of scratching a lottery ticket and my curiosity of the systems behind monetizing sounds.
