Before joining AlpInvest, Ruulke was global head of real assets private equity and a member of the Management Board of AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets. Previously, she was with PGGM and ABN AMRO.

Previously, Erica was CFO of Carlyle’s Global Credit segment and before that she was responsible for the Fund Management Operations of Carlyle’s Europe based private equity funds. Previously, Erica led the Real Assets Partnership Accounting team. She joined Carlyle in 1999 from KPMG.

Rob de Jong is a managing director and co-head of AlpInvest Partners’ Co-Investment team with a focus on Europe. He is also a member of the Operating Committee. He joined AlpInvest Partners in 2001 from PricewaterhouseCoopers and prior to that, he worked for Ernst &

Young Management Consultants. Wouter Moerel is a managing director and co-head of AlpInvest Partners’ Secondary Investments team. He is also a member of the Board and a member of the Operating Committee. Wouter joined AlpInvest in 2005 from The Carlyle Group, where he was a principal responsible for investments in the telecoms and media sector.

Previously, Wouter worked with JP Morgan and Lehman Brothers. George Westerkamp is a managing director and head of AlpInvest Partners’ Investor Relations team. He is also a member of the Operating Committee. From 2000 to 2010 he was a partner in the AlpInvest CoInvestment team, where he focused on buy-out transactions in Europe. From 2000 to 2012 he was a member of the Investment Committee. George joined AlpInvest from its predecessor, Parnib, and before that he was with NIB Capital.
