Alfredo Attie

Alfredo Attié studied Law (JD) and History at the Universidade de São Paulo (USP). He got his LLM degree (Jurisprudence and Legal Theory) at USP (Mestre em Filosofia e Teoria Geral do Direito) and his PhD at USP (Doutor em Filosofia da Universidade de São Paulo). ,He is now Judge at the Supreme Court of São Paulo. His areas of expertise include Philosophy and Politics, Jurisprudence, Legal Theory and Constitutional Comparative Law, Human Rights, International Environmental Law and International Law (difference/diversity/inequality, political theory, rhetoric, poetics, environmental law, water conservation, resources regulation and governance, conflict resolution, arbitration, ADR, international law theory and democracy).
