Introduction My client is teacher who need my help, to make a logo for “The Design Cycle, or the Wild Beast” logo. The problem are, the design logo must be simple, not too colorful, and people can understanding what advertisement is that trough sees the symbol of in the logo. Trough this semester I will design and create a logo with a different design. So then I would like to make the logo design with using a software “animation” or with a cool text which is using a website. To make a good logo, I will follow the statement of which are investigation, design, plan, create, and evaluation. I will interview the teacher itself what software can I used to make the good quality when making the logo. The logo will be based on style, shape, size, and color.

SEA Games, because is was look traditional but, attractive and successful. What do you think about creativity in logo? Case Study Summary In form 1 it was making by using an internet, that called a cool text. The function is the logo that we make in this website can be downloaded. Also we can chose the style of the logo, font, size, color, and we can type our written in the logo. Cost for making the logo I think Rp. 6.500,- because, it was nice and also using a colorful background. In form 2 it was making by using an internet too but it called Logo Ease. In this website the chosen of the logo were not complete enough. The cost will be Rp. 5000,- because, it will need to be printed in the color, and also the size will be big, and this can’t be downloaded. And the last one is the application form, using a software called Photoshop. This application was making by self to make a logo, so we can be more creative. It was easy to make it because it can be crop or add it to it. The cost will be higher because , the creator of the logo was high quality of the color and shading, and also include the size. Summary Of Researches I focused my researches, on how can I make a cool logo to make a people attract and know about the product itself. Since I already have enough experience using a website named “photoshop” I just need more comfortable using the “photoshop”, so that I can create a great logo. I will researches more about what style of logo that is match to what of the product is. I think I will make the logo by a “photoshop” because, it was easy to make it and easy to save the logo itself.

Design Brief I will design and create a colorful and clear text logo about the product. I will make a logo about wild beast that, will be made throughout following the five steps of the design cycle, which are investigation, design, plan, create, and evaluation. Investigation, design, plan, create, and evaluation will be done before I started making the product because, these steps will makes me easily to get done to make the project, and I will not confused about it. In this project I will make a logo using an application To test if the logo that I have chosen are colorful, I of “Photoshop� because, it was more comfortable to have already done more research of how can I attract used. Also since I have already used this application to the peoples using a logo, and make peoples know before, it was more familiar to used this application. of what logo is that.
Time
The whole project including investigation, plan, design, create and evaluation should be done. The step of create the advertisement will take about 4-5 weeks.
I will follow each steps of design cycle.
Size
It should be had a medium size of logo, so peoples can see the logo itself.
I will try with a different size and will compare of 3-5 size to see whether is an correct size to be created.
Aesthetics
The logo should be eye-catching, looks interesting and different from the others. Also must include more color to it.

Summary Investigation My summary for this stage was, I already brainstorming the point of the important things in making an logo for the wild beast. I did make a good and specific questions to ask with my client. Also I already summarized the interview with my client. I also make a case study that was shown an example of form and the specification on each form. I put some explaining of the logo that was impact on the society. Then in the last I also put my design brief. In this design brief I put my information what I’m going to make I gave a detailed information in design brief and what I am going to do for the next step.

Summary of Design Specification Design 1: The logo was clear enough but then the size of the words “Orang Utan should be smaller than the picture of Orang Utan. Design 2: The logo wasn’t clear enough because in the middle of the sharks it has a skull. But it was make Design 3: In this design logo the artistic logo was created and the uniques shapes of the creation. But then the size of the shark does too big so that the “S” sign doesn’t to clear enough to see.

Design 4: The logo have a nice and simple shape. The uniqueness of the simple picture inside the logo. Just picture of shark fins was protruding from the sea. Then the outside of the circle, was has a half shark fins around the circle. This logo might be simple but people can understand from the shark fins. Design 5: This logo I think should be not enough detailed. It because the picture of the shark teeths and the eyes only. But the body shapes doesnâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t perfect match to the body of the shark in reality. Design 6: This last logo was just too simple, but people can understand of what logo is that. The picture must be upgrade to be more bigger than this size.

Evaluation of the Plan Does my plan SMART?
My plan is SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Fits the time frame). It tells you what exact the logo or software that I will be using to do certain steps. Also this is planned shows the step by step and the gantt chart each steps to make. Does the plan was in the logical steps? My step by step is focused more on how does the logo in the software that I already choose will be create. Investigation: The goal of this project was to make, does the logo look and appear was influence what people think of us. Investigation is the first stage of the design cycle so it was the start of the whole project. I did interviews with my client to first get an idea of what kind of software that was might be attract to the people. Then I trough researches, I did search information of how we make the best logo. Then I started research of logo using a LogoSmartz software. Design: The 5 different designs were the example of the design that will be chosen the best one. Then I evaluated all the designs using the specification points, which helped me to choose the best and the most appropriate design in the end. I explained full and detailed information of why each designs did not meet or does meet. So I think I did a good work for the design section as I evaluated all the designs based on the specification points and used this to chose the final design and explain why it was chosen.

Plan: In this plan section, I planned out my time and the steps to follow when making the logo. The step by step was very brief and it was explains the main steps when making the logo, but the gantt chart shows how I planned my time by showing how much time to spend for each step. So that I can make sure I am using the time efficiently when I start to making my project. I also planned about what software did I used and why I did pick that software. So then I started to making the project. Create: I wrote a documented evidence for every week to show how much I have a progressed, and what I am planing to get done for next class. If I had documented evidence for every lesson, for many days I would have the same thing written because, the work I did was not much. This helped me to think back about if I have used my time efficiently, and if I am following the plan or not. Evaluation: Overall, it does include evaluation of everything I have done and evaluates the whole project in general. It would have been better if the client feedback was also included because, I can get opinion from the other peoples about my final product and reflect on it. Successful Points of the Product
I think the most successful part of this project is the investigation section, because I managed to finished the product by the deadline, and when I was making a questions for interview my client. All the process I went trough to make the design for each and looked trough it and compare, which one is the best one which one does not detailed enough.
