This year for my COP, I looked into whether art and pornography can merge. I really enjoyed looking into the production and filmmaking side of things, in the porn industry. Next year I think I’d like to move away from looking into porn but I really did enjoy the aspects that had me look at filmography. Video art has always been of massive interest to me. I also enjoyed delving into the question ‘what is art?’. There are so many theories and so many ideas that change overtime, it’d be really interesting to look further into. Art plays a different role in commercial and a capitalist society as it does in communist areas. I’d be really interested into looking at arts place in society over time and whether it played different roles and had different purposes.
