HASH BROWNS INGREDIENTS
• 2 russet potatoes, shredded • 1 large egg • ½ tsp. salt • ¼ tsp. garlic powder • ¼ tsp. onion powder • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
DIRECTIONS 1. Prep the potatoes Place the potatoes in microfiber towel to squeeze out excess moisture, pat dry and set aside. Whisk together all remaining ingredients except flour. Add the shredded potatoes and flour and mix until you have a consistent mixture. 2. Divide and cook Place the Pro Ring in the base of the MicroPro® Grill. Spread half of the potato mixture in the Pro Ring. Place cover on in the grill position and microwave on 70% power 8 minutes. Remove the Pro Ring and flip hash browns, and replace cover in grill position. Microwave on 70% power an additional 5 minutes. Repeat with remaining potatoes and serve warm.

“BRUNCHOS” BRUNCH NACHOS INGREDIENTS
• 1 lb./455 g pork sausage • 3 large eggs • 12 oz./350 g bag tortilla chips • ½ cup bacon bits • ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded • ½ cup nacho cheese sauce • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped • 2 tbsp. scallions, chopped • 3 tbsp. sour cream(optional) • Hot sauce (optional)
DIRECTIONS 1. Cook sausage Place pork sausage in MicroPro® Grill, cover in grill position and cook on high power 10 minutes. or until no longer pink. 2. Scramble eggs Add 3 eggs to Quick Shake® Container and shake vigorously until well combined. Pour into Large Microwave Breakfast Maker and cook on 50% power 2 minutes. Mix everything together with spatula. 3. Assemble and serve Arrange tortilla chips on plate and top with cooked sausage, scrambled eggs, bacon bits and remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
