Alireza Sadeh - Iranian born, Studied in Italy, Living in Shanghai. Explorer. Creator. Maker. Industrial Design graduate from the University of Florence currently in China. Design drives my life; I am an art and photography enthusiast at heart. I am curious about life and how things work, both mechanically and scientifically. I build things, fix them, take them apart and put them back together. I have worked as a product designer and 3D designer for an architecture firm in Florence; photographed the best polo players in St. Moritz with La Martina and gained experience as a freelance Graphic Designer over the past years. I have taken part in International design contests, some of which I won, some of which I haven’t. I am a world traveller with an International soul, I speak 3 languages fluently and am looking to learn Chinese while in Shanghai. Design is my passion and I love doing photography and videography in my freetime. My bycicle is my baby. I would say I am a passionate individual all round, I am not afraid of working long hours and always dedicate myself 100% to what I do: I want to grow and explore all aspects of what is design. Dining room table and chairs designed for PR Design ltd international competion, 2016. The project/Sedart came in first place in its category, dining room - Project in collaboration with Arch. Stefano Targioni Florence. The dining room set, table and chairs, are inspired by an upside down stool: materials used for the chairs and table are solid wood, glass, steel and leather. Project Brief by PR design ltd; to create a luxury piece that would take centre stage in any home.

UNIT 90 lab. è uno spazio pensato per unire in un'unica cellula punto venita e ricerca tecnologica relative al modello Nike, Air Max 90. Il negozio prende forma attraverso gli elementi e i colori che hanno reso famosa questa sneaker come la linea della suola e la rivoluzionaria unità Air-Sole presente nel tallone. Grazie a questa composizione dello spazio il visitatore sarà come catapultato nel mondo Air Max, più precisamente all’interno della cosiddetta unità 90, dove potrà scegliere se acquistare le ultime novità o godersi le giornaliere esposizioni sulle recenti tecnologie sviluppate. If you ride a bike on a daily basis you know the struggle: once you are off the bike and the helmet is no longer on your head, it gets in the way. You have to carry it, hold it somehow, find a way to go about your daily life without it becoming too much of an issue. This is the main reason why most people tend not to wear a helmet altogether. The solution to this is to have a backpack designed to hold the helmet, and while at it, to hold all the other bits you find yourself carrying around. The perfect solution to your everyday struggle. Project for packaging design, in collaboration with leading Italian Luxury Brand Emilio Pucci. The group designed a box of chocolates inspired by Pucci’s iconic prints which were used as inspiration for both the design of the packaging as well as the actual chocolates. Starting from the Italian handcraft tradition, the brief was to design a luxury mise en place incorporating the classic Italian way of working glass, wood, and ceramics; this was our group task. I was then specifically assigned a second part to this brief, to incorporate the Persian handcraft tradition and the typically Iranian turquoise and gold combination. Consequently to this I decided to develop the range taking inspiration from the very iconic Persian cachemire shape, botte jegghe. University Project - Product Design

For this class we had to design a poker deck of cards. My inspiration clearly came from Minecraft, a 2011 video game created by Swedish game developer Markus Presson and later developed by Mojang. Minecraft - the best selling PC game , 28 Million copies sold. I designed my own characters for the deck through Minecraft Skin Viewer as well as the card numbers and suits.
