BOOTH REGISTRATION PACKET HairWalk: The Movement Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center Saturday, October 5, 2013 On behalf of Sassy Cat Promotions, I invite you to take part in an incredible opportunity in an amazing cause for action. Alisa Barnes, being a stylist over the past 20 years has come in contact with several of her clients being diagnosed with cancer. While loosing several of them to the disease, one of their major concerns was loosing their hair and self-image. She felt the need to take ACTION! Hair Walk: The Movement is a charity fundraising event focused on raising money and awareness for uninsured and underinsured patients suffering from Breast and Hematologic (Blood) Cancers. The high energy hair and fashion show will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2013, at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center. Before the featured celebrity fashion stylists, award winning hair stylists, emerging fashion designers and models take on the catwalk, HairWalk, will kick off with a VIP Private Reception and Vendor Exhibition. The pre-event will be held from 6:00pm until 7:30 p.m. Joining us will be health and beauty information booths, food and beverage vendors, and many more businesses throughout the Midlands. VENDOR POLICY Sassy Cat Promotions invites non-profit organizations and for profit businesses to submit applications for information booths, or other types of vending services for this event. Sassy Cat Promotions reserves the right to approve or disapprove any vendor requests.

ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 5, 2013 Refund: The application fee will be refunded in full only if it is necessary for Sassy Cat Promotions to deny an application SELLERS PERMITS: Authorized vendors are NOT responsible for obtaining a separate Seller's Permit. SETUP: All vendors must be set up and ready for full operation by 3:00 p.m. on October 5th. You are responsible for setting up and dismantling all displays and equipment and not to sublet or assign provisions of this contract without written consent of Sassy Cat Promotions. See below for information on loading and unloading of equipment. The Event: As a vendor, you and one (1) guest will have entry to HairWalk: The Movement Hair and Fashion Show to begin at 8 p.m. Your ticket is not for resale. UNLOADING AND PARKING: All vendors are required to get individual permission to park at the venue for setup on Saturday morning. Once unloaded, all vehicles must immediately be removed to a designated parking spot or garage. This will be strictly enforced. If permission is not granted to your group, you MAY NOT, for any reason, drive onto unassigned parking spaces. Street and parking lot space is available for your vehicle during the event. WASTE REMOVAL: You are responsible for cleaning the tables and grounds under and immediately surrounding your booth during the entire event. Please assist in keeping the area clean. A cleanup fee of $50 may be assessed for significant violations of this rule. POWER: If electricity is needed, please note this on the vendor form. Proceeds for this auction, will be donated to the South Carolina Oncology Associates (SCOA) Cares Foundation to continue their Retail Pharmacy Voucher Program, Patient Transportation, Educational and Support Classes/Workshops.
